This is a chick wearing a dress (and armor!) made entirely out of Pokemon cards (no word if she's wearing a Pokebra or not). That's pretty much all I've got. I think she's supposed to be a gladiator or something. I dunno, if it were her vs. two lions I'd put all my money on the lions. Literally -- like stacking things on cats!
