I didn't made wario yet, it is in poster 5 actually but that is not done yet ;)

About sonic, in a 100% frontview perspective you can't see his spike's or the shroom would be way bigger then the rest + the distortion of the shape looked really odd, that's why e's not in it, i tried ;)

Cause there is one big problem, you can't put faces on the shroom =/

Why? They loose their mouth + they get really distorted because of the shape of the shroom + people with dark hair can't be used and long hair makes the shroom cell too long compared to the other shrooms.

Afro's are usually black, black on black doesn't go really well ;p
And a big afro would make the shroom cell too big compared to others, lot to think about when making them actually haha

Cheese may underestimate the work that goes into it, however many of them are like he says, logos pasted into the appropriate layer in photoshop.

Of course there's nothing wrong with setting up your layers to do the work for you, that's part of the photoshop game!

Personally I think the idea was cool and some of them are kinda neat, but there are way too many "filler" icons in here that water down the overall effect. If only the best 25% or so were shown it would have been much more effective.

P.S. the cloud is my favorite, it's iconic yet mysterious. I'd be curious to see what happened if mario ate one of those!
