I've got a good idea- how about having two different areas of Chatroulette? On one side you have the uncensored stuff & the site warns you that nothing is censored & that if you go there, there's a chance that you'll see peen.

On the other side you have the censored stuff & you'll be warned that there's going to be an anti-peen filter that will kick you out if you flash people.

Then on top of that they could have people sign up with accounts like Amy suggested. It'd still be random & if you do something that violates the site's terms (child molestation, nudity in the censored part of the site, violence, threats) then it will ding your account & after a while the account will be banned.

Of course there'd still be the people who would break the rules & just keep signing up, but having the separate sides of the site would placate the people who go on there not wanting to see peen.

To be honest though, most people *do* go on wanting to see it- just so they can laugh & say they got flashed on the site. I also agree with #14- I don't like that Chatroulette is going to automatically censor stuff on the web.
