invisibility paint would be awesome, but I don't get the superpower gift certificates unless they're supposed to be used as ninja stars

I've definitely been to this store before. They have a shop in Brooklyn on 5th ave and 5th st that's definitely worth a visit. They have a cape tester and you are required to take an oath if you buy anything (in my case, I got antimatter.)

so on there there's a mansion going for $9,000,000.00... and it makes it look like you can actually purchase it so i'm very curious what they send you because it did say some assembly required... so does that mean i'm gana get a box full of shitty legos or am i just gana have to fill out some change of adrs forms? cause i've got $9000000.00 to blow and i want to spend it wisely of course

What steps are they taking to ensure that they don't accidentally sell these tools to super-villians as well? Is there a waiting period on the purchase of particle weaponry?

This definitely looks like something that should have been in The Watchmen.

This is part of a literacy campaign started by Dave Eggers and a bunch of other people running a free magazine.
Here's the Ted talk where he talks about all the different shops.

I lived down the block from that store -- 5th Ave in Park Slope. Went in a couple times, very cool and neat but obviously geared for kids. I don't mean just the kids inside all of us, but real kids. They had scheduled art workshops and book clubs for teenagers to get their inner superhero out.

This place is down the block from my house....they also have a hidden room in the back that you can access through a bookcase, and they have, like, art and writing classes. And when you buy things they have you place it in a vault, then they use a dolly to take it to a small room above the rest of the room, charge the item, and send it back down. The cashiers speak through microphones, and they have an area to stand over a fan and wear capes. Generally, the place is pretty great.

GW! There's even one of these here in LA. http://www.826national.org/stores/ Except ours is the Time Travel Mart. I'll meet you there yesterday. You didn't show, what gives? You think you're better than me?

That place is awesome. I was just their yesterday buying my anti-gravity kit! Theres a "secret lair" in the back where they train little peasants to be vigilant superheros. It helps maintain order and distracts others while I steal their Justice and Energy. Last known graduated heroes were Big Daddy, Kickass and Redmist. Also note, the cape tester is such an essential piece of technology, especially when it come to picking the best cape for when you need to jump building to building, to tower, to mansion, to farm house, to cell phone tower, to the donkey show. Oh! and they have a villain nullifier, that takes the villain out of ones soul. P.s., there's a bunch of these superhero supply stores hidden around the country. But you'll need to acquire a map to locate them from one of these stores.
