15. katie - March 10, 2010 5:39 PM
"The EZ Cracker." because lindsey lohan will sue if you use her name in anything these days.
16. Durand - March 10, 2010 5:48 PM
Okay, cracking eggs is nowhere near as hard as the people in the video make it out to be. In fact, I mastered the art at about ten. But, that still doesn't make it a bad product; I actually dig it. If it really works that well on hard boiled eggs, I want one.
17. Scentsy lady - March 10, 2010 5:50 PM
ROFL! I like that she ate one little piece of the muffin and was like "what tastes like egg shells in here!?"

19. Mark Sternberg - March 10, 2010 6:31 PM
Easy Cracker? Watch out, Lohan is going to sue! This is obviously about her.
20. Closet Nerd - March 10, 2010 6:50 PM
That is an awesome invention! I'm not gonna get one because I'm not retarded and I know how to crack an egg. Who the hell taught this woman how to crack eggs? She looked like Lennie Small petting a rabbit...... just sayin
21. JJtoob - March 10, 2010 6:51 PM
Could be Lohan, could be any cracker, but it definitely isn't for Mexicans. I don't know a Mexican that can't crack an egg or peel a hard boil egg in less than 5 seconds and without leaving a mess. That's why Mexicans, and other Latinos are the main kitchen staff. You go to Panda Express, who's cooking? Mexicans. Go to your local italian place, who's cooking? Mexicans (at least in CA). I come home, who's cooking? My mom, and she's Mexican lol. The only place I've seen all white (one of the chefs is probably racist) or oriental people is a high end restaurant I work at, and they are slow as all hell. Fucking nazis can't cook for shit, and they put a lot of salt on everything. So in summary, @2: I concur.
22. JJtoob - March 10, 2010 6:55 PM
Sorry if that seemed racist, but in my experience, that is what I've seen. Although there was only about one white dude I knew, and he was the shit when it came to making food quickly. Too bad he kept bringing his gf into work and probably got in trouble for it, but I don't blame the guy, he was alone for his whole shift and away from where the servers were at.
23. matt - March 10, 2010 7:22 PM
JJtoob ^
There is a reason you are only seeing Mexicans cooking at restaurants. Which is the same reason you see Mexicans at other low paying jobs. Nobody else wants to make minimum wage doing minial tasks.
It's not racism, it's fact.
24. Derek - March 10, 2010 8:04 PM
I have the flu, and i watched a 45 minute infomercial for this thing yesterday w/o realizing what i was watching.
25. Shyama - March 10, 2010 8:31 PM
I can guarantee that I would fail at this so hard.
26. Durand - March 10, 2010 8:53 PM
@21 Yes, because cooking is an innate instinct borne into all Mexicans. (sarcmark)
I realize you're not trying to sound racist, but NO race can be automatically superior at a complicated skill that isn't primarily physically based without proper training first.
27. Jzzzzames - March 10, 2010 9:20 PM
Wasn't this name of an NWA album?
28. blueZorro - March 10, 2010 9:54 PM

29. lewlz0rz - March 10, 2010 10:03 PM
@ 21 -
I know you're not trying to be racist, but you're just being dumb..... Where do you live again? California. What sort of immigrants (who aren't able to get any sort of job other then low wage ones where they won't need papers) are you talking about? Mexicans. Sociological lesson. You will get a large number of a specific type of low wage immigrant worker depending on your region. Come down to south Florida with me and replace 'Mexican" with "Haitian'.
30. lewlz0rz - March 10, 2010 10:05 PM
Ok maybe dumb was a little harsh I apologize. Make it naive.
31. Dani - March 10, 2010 10:30 PM
"Just crack! Crack. Crack! Crack away !" LOOOOOL
Anyway, I agree with #2. If you can't crack an egg then it's safer for you and/or whoever you're cooking for to order a pizza/ buy frozen food/ eat out...
32. The Whitest White Guy - March 10, 2010 10:31 PM
Who you callin' cracker B!TCH!!!
33. MehbluKitteh:3 - March 10, 2010 10:45 PM
@27 I think it's a frame of mind. Where I come from (South Africa) Black people can generally dance (hip-hop) and white people can't. Because that's what everyone thinks, it keeps being true. Sure there are a few white people who can REALLY dance, but to most black people it comes naturally to them. If the news tomorrow said that actually statistics show that more whities can dance, it would change. I think also maybe 21 just is focused on the mexicans and doesn't notice the others.
34. Ed - March 10, 2010 11:35 PM
I really love it how they complicate and make it look impossible to do something simple without their device.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. It’s the old what goes around comes around routine.

A must have!
38. suzi - March 11, 2010 7:09 AM
Wow, thanks for sharing such wonderful tool....that will able to every job.
39. Durand - March 11, 2010 10:11 AM
@34 That's a generalization though. Dancing doesn't come naturally to anybody. If there are more blacks who know how to dance than whites, it's because they worked at it. It's one thing to argue that black people can run faster and jump higher, because genetically, they're built better for such activities. Knowing how to dance or perform any intricate skill is not innate.

jajajajaja y esto jajajaja bueno para algunas personas sera una gran herramienta
41. quaddmgtech - March 11, 2010 11:28 AM
Que?
42. blah - March 11, 2010 11:38 AM
@Durand: Wow, you can crack eggs but can't peel hard boiled eggs? It looks like all this thing does is put a crack in the shell and you still have to pull the shell off yourself. You should be able to manage something similar with your mastered since you were 10 egg skills.
If not...then this other Seen on TV device might be for you:

45. JJtoob - March 11, 2010 6:20 PM
@30, 31: Yeah, I admit I am being naive. That's why I included the place where my experience comes from, because I am fully aware that it may be different in other places, but I've never been in those other places. so, @34 is right. I am only focusing on Mexicans. And being a Mexican myself, my opinion is definitely biased on the subject. Although I am being extremist. I'm sure any person regardless of their race and ethnicity can crack an egg better than the examples on the video.
Bottom line: You probably don't need this product unless you have some sort of motor skill problem with your hands. Otherwise, you only need experience and the need to cook eggs.

LMAO.
I love the really bad egg cracking dramatisations. Only a complete moron wouldn't be able to crack eggs.
49. Alton Brown - March 13, 2010 1:19 PM
So, i don't know about you all, but i have never really tried cracking an egg with a fork, or on a flat surface...also, if you watch carefully with the egg separator attachment you can see eggshell wind up in the bowl. So obviously the product doesn't even work, which makes sense since it's breaking the egg in half, it was probably the best shot they could get after multiple takes, don't notice it in the regular shots which means that it just comes cleanly with the yolk...and also: Who doesn't notice egg shell or just says fuck it and cooks the egg shell into the muffin?
50. random - March 13, 2010 2:03 PM
omitting whether this invention is practical or not, i'd say it's pretty cool that someone would actually take the time to do something like it. also there is always the possibility that this invention could be useful to those with physical difficulty/disability e.g. one armed person. plus, how many people can say they done something with their lives instead of playing WoW all day.
of course it's still a pretty useless invention to the majority. and, eggshells are a source of calcium.
