Actually, I have seen this car - up close and personal!

The dash has a huge retro style spedometer - it's so freaking awesome!

I'm guessing that the whole "photoshop" quality to the pic is supposed to be a promo of the concept, because the reality obviously doesn't have colours as vibrant because it's an all over vinyl.
