HipPop Pets are dog speakers
These HipPop Pets are miniature portable speakers that run on three AAA batteries. The site doesn't explain what they do except occasionally light up and play music when the motion sensors are activated, but I like to imagine they follow you around and are every bit as lovable as real dogs. Or real friends. I'm so lonely.
