This is a little stop motion video of a papercrafter constructing a Link model. The model is amazing, and so is the build, so you should check it out. But you shouldn't check out library books that will get you blacklisted. Or women on the street. BECAUSE I AM AGAINST THE OBJECTIFICATION OF WOMEN. Women are people too, you know. Except those crazy bodybuilding ones. They're wild animals.

This is a short video entitled 8-Bit Trip that is a tribute to 8-bit video games made entirely out of LEGO blocks. Personally, I would have gone with a 16-Bit Trip, but I like good visuals (one time I saw the face of Loki from Super Ghouls n' Ghosts come out of a brick wall and try to lick me). A brief explanation of the video:
1500 hours of moving legobricks and take photos of them.
You'd think think with 1,500 hours to kill the maker could have afforded a couple hours of grammar lessons. I jest. But seriously: He who casts the first stone should always aim for the face.

This is artist Bang-Yao Liu's senior project from SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). It's a stop motion video that uses different colored Post-It notes as pixels. I recommend watching the whole thing. Twice. Then telling yourself you could do better, even though we both know you couldn't. And I'm not just saying that because you're lazy, but because you're talentless.

I'm sure this sort of thing has been done before (OLD!) but that doesn't make the feat any less impressive. Or fun to watch. Which is why I'm posting it. I DON'T NEED YOUR PERMISSION! Well, what do you say, can I? Haha, I meant touch your boobs!
At first I photographed stop motion animation. And I displayed the photographs in my room and photographed it again. Enjoy a connection with the world of the room and the world in the photograph.
I tried to count the number of photos used to make the video, but I lost track around a trillion. And yes, as a matter of fact that does make me the world's highest counter. Seriously, this shit's the chronic.

Jul 29 2008 Homemade Transfomer Out Of Cigarette Box
This is a stop-motion video of some cigarette box Transformers. Well, they're not all cigarette boxes. I distinctly recall matchbox and condom box robots as well. The video is pretty well made although I did feel a seizure coming on a couple times. Did I mention this is probably old and you've already seen it before? You probably downloaded it off some Transformer forum in the early 90's when you were using CompuServe dialup at 14.4 kbit/s and pkunzipping nudey pics off the 3½ floppy your friend gave you. Please, tell me the story, I'm here to listen.

We've seen some pretty wicked stop-motion videos in the past, and even some by the same director as this one. And, well, this is his latest, entitled Western Spaghetti. It's about cooking spaghetti and is amazingly well done. I'd totally eat that. Mmm, rubber bands and yarn, now that's eating like a king.
Seriously, watch the video -- you'll be amazed, and, if you're anything like me, depressed at your own level of creativity.

Jan 29 2008 LEGO Stop Motion Super Mario Is Awesome
I just discovered that watching LEGO Super Mario videos made with stop motion is a great way to start a Tuesday morning. So head to the employee lounge, grab a cup of coffee, fill it half with bourbon from the bottle you keep hidden in a desk drawer, and enjoy the show. Don't worry, if someone asks why you're watching Youtube videos on the clock just insist your kids made them. If they question why your coffee smells like bourbon take a stapler and drive a couple staples into the back of your hand while staring them right in the eye. If that doesn't send them on their way you may have to actually kill them.
