Jan 5 2009 Wow, That's Devotion: An X-Box 360 Room
Some guy went and decked out his rumpus room XBox 360 style. It has everything an XBox fan would need to game their life away, including, and pretty much limited to: an Xbox 360, green paint, and a mini-fridge.
This is my Xbox 360 Room I have been working on.
TV, Xbox 360, TV Table, Surround Sound=$3000
Led's,Led Driver,Led Dimming switch = $ 170
Rug at a Department Store = $ 120
Mini Fridge = $ 108
Chairs at a Department Store = $ 100
The floor I found on closeout
I installed myself = $ 85
painted the walls and logos myself = $ 80
painted and etched the glass tables = $ 10
Playing Xbox 360 in green glow = Priceless
Wow. That's....something. Something totally freaking awesome! Oh, and you may have already seen this, as it's pretty old. So good for you if you have. You should probably be writing Geekologie. Unfortunately, I'm the one with the internet face. Better luck next time, you handsome devil you!

Oct 20 2008 Pouf-Man Chairs: Pac-Man's Bastard Brother
Design house QAYOT designed these Pouf-Man chairs. And I use "designed" loosely, since they're obviously freaking Pac-Man. Available in red, white, black and brown, the chairs are sure to liven up your rumpus rooom with a little video gamey flair. No word on price though, and the company makes no guarantee Pouf-Man won't munch the carpet.

May 9 2008 NES Controller Coffee Table Actually Works!
We've seen a NES controller case mod, a gigantic fake NES controller, and even a huge functional Atari controller, but never a humongous working Nintendo controller that doubles as a coffee table. Until now. Kyle Downes, a man I wish lived next door, was the creator of this wicked controller table.
Kyle spent months putting this together, starting with a scanned image of his original NES control. This he then simply scaled up, carefully crafting each piece out of MDF and hacking his own wiring onto a broken old controller board.
The glass can be removed if you want to use the controller to play (see video after the jump) and there is plenty of storage for other video game systems in the compartment beneath the controls (see picture after jump). Say, this gives me an idea...
UPDATE: Well they say hindsight is 20/20, but you've got to admit -- a fully functional Wiimote coffee table sounds like a good idea you first time you hear it, doesn't it? No? Well thanks for the warning. Now what the hell am I gonna do with this thing?

Aug 7 2007 Fujitsu 231 Inch Display
Nothing says "My life is way better than yours" than a rumpus room with a television that puts all your friends' to shame. To be the best, now is the time to strike- with Fujitsu's new 231 inch display.
Granted 1. it won't fit in your rumpus room or on the lawn 2. the max resolution is 512 x 288 (you have to sit 15 feet away - each pixel is approximately 1/2 inch), and 3. it costs over $500,000 - but these are just small technicalities, easily overlooked by anyone with half a lick of sense. I used to think that the digital projector I would project to 80" on my urine stained fitted bedsheet was the best the world had to offer, but now I stand corrected- and shamed (but I won't have to sleep on the bare mattress anymore).
