8 Lightning Bolts Striking The San Francisco Bridge

This is a photograph from Phil McGrew of 8 lightning bolts striking the San Francisco Bay Bridge at the same time. Well, not exactly at the same time, because it was a 20-second exposure. Could Phil have expected to capture 16 bolts with a 40-second exposure? I doubt it. Can you expect a $350 ticket for incident exposure if you get caught shaking your peen at a driver that almost hit you in a crosswalk? *shaking Magic 8-Ball* My sources say I'm still paying it off.
