Snow Melts And Flash-Freezes Into Icy Downhill River

So allegedly what happened is a a bunch of snowbanks in Russia began to melt, then it got cold again real quick, and they flash-froze into the icy river you see here. But who knows, maybe Santa's elves carved them or something. What I DO know is that I've actually flashed-freeze before. Get it? I was all, "Check out my wiener, bro!" and he was all, "My poor, precious Nora." Then he pointed his freeze-ray at me and I ran.
