GAAAAH! She's Just So...Cute: Cyclops Cosplay Girl

cyclops-girl-1.jpg

This is a shot of a little girl cosplaying as a cyclops at the recent Wonder Festival in Tokyo. At first I thought she was just a mannequin, but there's a full shot of her after the jump, and, yep, it's an actual little girl in a mask. Unlike someone I know. You hear that, Pinocchio?! YOU WILL NEVER BE A REAL BOY! A wobbly stool, absolutely.

Hit the jump for one more shot.

Little Anime Cyclops Girl is Freakishly Cute [obviouswinner]

Thanks to Terry, who once cosplayed as a unicorn at a Renaissance Festival and had a great time until people started lifting his tail to see if he'd really shit rainbows.

It's not everyday I let my little one eyed monster out for a costume party with such a wrinkly neck

  • Baby Leela IRL.

That is really cute, well done with the mask. BTW do those boots also come in adult sizes? Plaid shoes FTW!

  • Yea they should do as they are Doc Martins!, google them you should find them somewhere!

FAKE!!!! This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell it's a fake because the shadows are all wrong. This is exactly like that scene in "Never Back Down" where Max...

...naw, can't do it. It's just not the same if it's not Daisy...

  • n_a_a_s

Wasn't it '...this is a total photoshop job'?  I could've swore Daisy said total instead of complete photoshop job, but it's been some time, I could be wrong

  • Emmitt Morgans

It depends... it wasn't always the same.

I don't know which one was more prevalent, but my Google-ing efforts for the sake of complete (or total) accuracy turned up some varying results.

The problem with the old Geekologie (most would say the "best thing about old Geekologie") is that there was complete anonymity with the comments (I'm not sure if IP addresses were even logged), so it's hard to tell which ones were actually "Daisy" and which ones were just people who typed "Daisy" in as their name.

  • n_a_a_s

No you were right the first time, I just checked Daisy's facebook page & scrolling down as far back as 2o09 everyone has been saying complete photoshop job, not total.  My mistake....

IP addresses were logged back then, though only accessible by GW & his elite posse of hackers of course - nobody was anonymous.  Despite the lack of commenters these days I dont miss the impostors, spambots or abundance of firstards like back then.  Following the comments section seems much easier now, otherwise I might not have come back to this ;)

     I truly applaud your efforts.

  • Jeff Riechers

I think they actually found that that is a dude.

  • Raphael Bingham

Not sure I'd call that cute...  unless you're into the fFuturama characters, of course.
