Captain America Replica Motorcycle Leathers

captain-america-leathers-1.jpg

Captain America, best known for being the illegitimate lovechild of Captain Planet and Lady Liberty, likes to get around on a motorcycle. And now you can look just like him riding your bicycle with this replica suit from UD Replicas (who brought us the Batman, Star Wars and Iron Man leathers)! Unfortunately, the shield and helmet aren't for sale so you'll have to make your own out of a garbage can lid and watermelon.

One of the most unique leather uniforms created for the screen can now be yours. Every feature as seen on film in Captain America: The First Avenger has been replicated in form-molded leather from the classic color-scheme to the aluminum accent emblems on the back, arms and forever iconic silver star emblazoned on our hero's chest. Perfectly crafted gloves, boots, functional belt and detailed rigging complete this iconic battle-uniform that captures the retro 1940s Captian America: The First Avenger design.

Jacket: $598.00 CAN
Pants: $298.00 CAN
Gloves: $98.00 CAN
Boots: $198.00 CAN
Belt: $98.00 CAN
TOTAL SUIT AS A SET: $1,290.00 CAN

The series is limited to 250 pieces of each part, which gives me an idea. "Buy all the belts and then sell them to the people who want the whole set AT A GIANT MARKUP?" Haha -- I knew there was a reason you and I went into business together! Now get out there and give some strangers some HJ's.

I love that the Captain America leathers are made in Canada.

  • HELLS ANGELS ARE A BUNCH OF PUSSIES

  • the more reason to get your ass whooped by members of the Hell's Angels while wearing that get up....

  •  Hopefully your comment will save some from a few broken ribs from the Hell's Angels… or because they went out and bought a "HOG" just to go with this getup.

It's with this hope that we shared your warning at the Pewlpit, as the lead to this post.

  • Those look quite neat.
    Expensive but neat.

Actually, assuming it's made using decent quality leather, it's not that expensive.  They advertise CE armor in all the normal places (at least for the jacket), so presumably it's fully functional riding kit.  $1300 is pretty average for mid level sport bike leathers.  The question is, do you really want this much attention every time you go for a ride?  It would be awesome for a road trip to Comic-Con, though.

  • By expensive I meant far more than I could possibly afford, not too expensive for bike leathers.

  • Shaun9lives

Well, if you can't afford decent leathers, just how do you expect to acquire a proper motorbike?

  • I don't. I don't have a licence.

  • You too can look like a Twat..

  • Finally... something for the deather laddies that want to prow their American shide!!!

  • You should've just stuck with "FIRST!1!!!11" since that was obviously what you were originally planning to type...

I'm surprised all of your substitutions make real words... too bad "prow" isn't a verb.

  • Finally... something for the leather daddies that want to show their American pride!!!
