May 19 2010Screw Copyrights: More Action Figure Ripoffs

From the second installment of cheap action figure ripoffs come GaoRanger DinoThunder: hands down the awesomest thing I've ever heard in my entire life, and I've heard angels doing it. Kidding, it was actually the heavyset couple upstairs and it sounded like they were gonna crash through my ceiling LIKE A CHOIR FROM HEAVEN. I recorded it. It's my ringtone.
Hit the jump for a whole bunch more ripoffs.

ROFL at "All New Concept"

Wait -- I think these ones are actually legit:

Those are great
@12 Your such a nerd. :P
16. Wolfman-Al - May 19, 2010 9:08 PM
The strangest thing is that Safari and Beach Spider-Man are official, Marvel-licenced products. They are from a toyline called "Spider-Man Adventure Hero" that includet inane action figures like "Ninja Spider-Man", "Firefighter Spider-Man", "Scooter-riding Spider-Man" (!!!), "Baseball Spiderman" or "Soccer Spider-Man" (I´d like to add how much I hate the word "Soccer", its called FOOTBALL!).
But anyway, ripped off toys should be an artform.
17. Rex - May 19, 2010 9:30 PM

18. M - May 19, 2010 9:32 PM

21. they're real and they're spectacular - May 19, 2010 11:21 PM
Anyone notice nightmare feddy's box says, "For Ages 4+" ? Some parents. Instead of a babysitter, let's give the kids a horror movie and hope they don't realize there aren't really any invisible snakes on the floor.
22. Waguchi - May 19, 2010 11:23 PM
The Titanic bot did indeed turn into a robot. I had that exact toy as a kid. Also, when in boat form you could press a button to make it move in water. Such a cool toy!
23. RaMKnoT - May 20, 2010 12:01 AM
I don't see what the fuzz is all about , i live in Mexico and these toys are waaay cooler than the originals i was the happiest kid.
That beach spider man..... GOOD TIMES!
24. blueZorro - May 20, 2010 12:04 AM
Phffft...like the Titanic was a transforming robot but an iceberg that was also a robot (in disguise) defeated the Titanic before it could transform. Everyone knows that.
25. zakree - May 20, 2010 12:18 AM

44. NoneYoBizNizz - May 20, 2010 2:57 PM
Want to know where to get them? Flea Markets/Swap Meets. And they're crazy cheap. Thought about nabbing one of those GaoRanger DinoThunder boxes a few weeks ago at $2. Y'know, for kids.
45. Sterling - May 20, 2010 2:59 PM
Maybe if Titanic was a large robot, it would have really been unsinkable
46. JorgeBizarro - May 20, 2010 4:36 PM
This is too normal to me, because I live in Latin America, so I can't laugh as I really want.
47. Turbo - May 20, 2010 7:40 PM
TITANIC BOT!!!
48. Balrag - May 20, 2010 11:58 PM
yeah, titanic bot looks the best out of all i would have to say, which is just bad, the one thing ripped out of real life they turn into a toy and it failed, bet the toy does too.
49. Laurita - May 21, 2010 12:54 AM
@46
I don't live in latinamerica,

50. Mina - May 21, 2010 3:08 AM
Actually Balrag, everyone says the titanic bot toy was really well done... o.0;

Those Bootleg Spider-men bring back memories:
I was wandering through a "Toy Museum" in Seoul, South Korea last year, and came across this guy hanging from the ceiling:
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=5083868&l=468ae03634&id=501049321
Along with a few other very boot-leggy figures. It was an odd sight, particularly the Spider-man wearing a cape.
