OMG I didn't think this game was going to happen. I read in gameinformer that it was up in court and shit. That it looked pretty grim about a next duke nukem. I am just afraid that the generation of gamers we have now, are too young to understand what this game really is.

Going into the stripclubs in Duke Nuken 3-D was one of the best gaming moments of my life.

Now this is odd that you would post this now.
This came out months and months ago after the studio was closed during the 2 weeks of leaked concept art, gameplay footage and timelines

Undoubtedly the product of "the" law suit in which 3D realms had to showcase that such intellectual property did in fact exist based on them being paid and all and never delivering for over a decade. Perhaps the largest blatant display of milking a payday in that trade, and single-handedly shown how ridiculously wealthy the corporations within the video game industry are to allow such laziness to run amok. After all is said and done, the game will get passed around and finished under a new dev/pub. What people will (should) ultimately remember is 3D Realms and the very last breath of arrogance that was fueling 1990's tech design. RIP and congrats, you guys had to find out the hard way that you're expendable all because you couldn't come to grips that the newest game will always be built on last year's tech.

Have to agree with the earlier poster, this would have been awesome back when Half Life 2 came out. Now it just looks like a HL clone except with a talking protagonist, and honestly with that voice I'd rather he be silent. I was hoping they would go for a darker Duke. He just comes off like a shitty early 90's action star in the clip.

The one thing I do like is the variety of environments. Looks like they wanted to change things up quite a bit throughout the game. Also the fact they used more than a 5 color palette.

i'll never fully understand the awsomeness that i jsut witnessed due to my age..but all i can say is my video gaming started with the ps1, and i can definatley appreciate this game as much as any oldschool gamer. soo sad that'll i'll never see it :(

Why is it that every single in-game preview video that any game company releases is made by the absolute WORST player in the entire bloody company? You would think they could get at least half-decent players to do their preview demos...

This games lack of success is on some IBM letting Gates keep the code levels. Aside from the new star wars movies i cant think of anything blowing it this badly.
