This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly likew that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max was entering the deactivate code into the bomb but was prevented from entering the last digit. It turned out that was good because the code would have set the bomb off, killing everyone in the district.
