Jan 6 2010And I Thought I Was Hardcore: Flood Gaming

game-flooding.jpg

Because WoW can't wait for a flood to subside. Oh man, the pranks I'd play on these guys with a powerstrip!

This is What you Call Dedication to Gaming [unreality]

Thanks again to Roy, who, for two tips in one day, gets to ride in my ark during the apocalypse.

“I will kill everything, except the floating ones and the swimming ones, who will get out due to a loophole.”

thats insain!

There's no photoshoppery here, please move along now.

What the Hell is the redirect that keeps happening every time I visit this site?

Are you kidding me

I am in awe of the dedication here. I am also in awe of the retardery.

That's one bad case of diarrhea!

Shhh, but I peed in the water

@7 That is because "your brain is infected by devils"..... much like the Shogun's brain.

@7 - i'm with you! sometimes this page won't load, other times it spits out some weird shit. just started happening recently...

That's a hairdryer in the bathtub waiting to happen.

Gross.

*accidentally drops regulator on the far right corner"

Raiton! ~ CHIDORI NAGASHI! bzzzzzzt!

@7&13

It's called a virus.

Wow....That's dedication....... and stupidity......

that area probably regularly floods like that, otherwise why would they have their towers set up on top of the desks

Their bottom halves probably look like a wrinkled 90-year-old lady after a good WoW session lol! LOL @11! I was thinking the same thing! They kids are probably happy because they don't have to stop playing to get up and piss or crap! Yeah, you could probably see through that water before they started playing............

Hey man gold farmers make big money. Can't let a little bit of water impede your gold farming!

U Bai Nao?

@7&13

I agree with 17 it's a virus i use to have that problem when i went to The Superficial. Just do a scan. No biggie.

Hooray for website redirects!

This is how their parents give them a bath, it is not a flood, but a water tight room that is filled up every 3 days to make sure their children are bathed regularly! :) Nice parents~

That's at the Philippines. I'm sure of it.

Maybe it's a sub-contracted render farm working on the next Avatar!

Suppose a manitor or the CPU fell into the water?

BZZZZZSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTT

i agree #25 i bet my ass it's in the Philippines. Every lanshop here have that very same setting.
But these idiots here just won't let some stupid flood and disease ruin their game time.

This is crazy! but well.. business as usual.

Definitely the Philippines during the typhoon Ketsana.

Ghetto kids! Pretty sure they can beat the crap out of almost every gamer out there, especially the Koreans.

That's not dedication, that's addiction.

Yeah, you're not hardcore(=addict =stupid) until you've ignored a natural disaster and just went on playing.

ahh, this was taken in the philippines. xD

They're down for WoW

Help us

you realize of course these are kids working as gold farmers for like 2cents an hour and don't dare NOT work for some stupid flood because they'll lose their cushy job to one of the other million kids who are tending to the rice fields with their bleeding fingers and broken backs?? this is not funny, this is incredibly sad. .. alirght, it's a little funny, but it's the real WoW players who should be ashamed.

is that WoW or SOASE?

DEFINITELY IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!!!! HAHA

this is why they aren't getting laid. they may pwn everyone when they game but in real life they're such fucking losers and need games to compensate.

Looks like DotA to me.

this could have been taken in thailand yesterday. we had a bit of a flood after a big thunderstorm, and every shop on the street looked like this one. and you can bet the gamers were still out.

@34 shutup I pay their wages :P

you gotta see the good side of it.... they don´t need to get up to pee

that is a BIG plus for any gamer... trust me, if I could i whould play WOW on a pool, just for the fun of it... jaja

Why has no one commented on the guys shirt?Guy on the left...Time to get a new shirt, 17 sizes too small!

Sharkey - That's the standard design here. It's for security purposes so you can see at a glance if someone has decided to steal a CPU.

Ados_Davos - Actually, that's an oversized shirt that's been rolled up to keep from getting wet. Local belief: Don't matter how long you've been in that water... as long as your back ain't wet, you won't get sick.

They're probably playing on my hacked account.

Lolz.

Dedicated workers (not players). Man! I don't know how I feel about this. For one, that is dangerous shit. For two, what a way to go......

@24, I totally agree. They are just trying to keep them clean.

this picture is sad.

Philippines definitely, after Ketsana (locally as Ondoy), it's just sad that even with the floods, the shop owners couldn't afford to have their shops closed even if it meant the safety of the the kids who were playing... and BTW, the towers are were meant to be on top to improve circulation and disperse heat as the computer shops there are cramped and some smaller shops don't even air conditioners... even if there's one in the pic, i bet that doesn't work, it's just to attract customers or for regulation/inspection checks...=D

Yeah, this is from just after the flood- the same one where the pic of the people walking on phone lines came from. After all the shit that happened during the flood I couldn't help but laugh at this pic. Some people just can't be swayed from their vices.

And for the record, they're playing Defense of the Ancients. Not WoW. It's pretty popular here. :D

@17 and @22

Opening in a new tabs from Geekologie and the sister sites redirects me too, I will scan for a virus, but what is it called? The Anti-Geekologie virus? It only happens on this site.

I'll bet it's warm as a hot tub. Wait, is this a pee joke?

Mentira isso...
