Now that I'm thinking of it, with body paint you could dress up (un-dress up?) to look like a blow-up doll. You can do a lot with body paint -- cover yourself with dots like a Lichtenstein (nice pic M), pixelate yourself to fuzz-out your privates, paint yourself like Dali. You could even do this (nsfw):

@44: At least for the PC version here's my review:
THE GOOD
-On SP, a better cinematic style gaming experience, more slow motion parts, but they are all slightly different.
-On both SP and MP. LOTS of guns, attachments and artillery.
-On MP, ability to set how many times players can spawn on private matches among other interesting settings.
-Both MP and SP seem to go easy on your graphics card, yet look amazing at higher resolutions without dropping too many FPS.
-Steam on MP, you can easily access your friends list and other Steam stuff through the simple combo of Shift-Tab.
THE MEH...
-For MP you get to unlock tags and insignias that you can use as an avatar, but you must scroll through 22 pages for each of the two to get to the last one, and you can't just keep the left or right key to scroll through since it does it moves stroke by stroke.
-The guns are more modern, it feels less archaic than COD 4, that is both good and bad.
-On MP, the maps are more detailed, meaning you need to be more tactical: no more run and gun, unless you like to die a lot.
THE BAD.
-For MP: No dedicated servers, nor mod tools: This means no modified maps for others enjoy, and no choice of what server players can play at since the game is now run peer to peer, just like the consoles.
-No PunkBuster for MP, that means, no real-time way of kicking hackers, and no way to permanently ban them. You can only trust Infinity Ward will do it for you... eventually.
