The back.... tubes (thrusters??).... (i dont watch star trek) look like they have different pieces attached to the end. Im assuming one of them is just open. The small plastic tube (black) goes from the left tail piece to the right one (while facing the front) one. So you put the weed in the bowl at the front, and light while you mouth is on the right side, breathing in slow. i assume the bowl (metal thing on front) is also the release. Once you fill the bong with smoke, you pull the bowl out (it has a long tube attached to it so it stays in). Once you take it out, you breath in harder and all the smoke will go into your mouth because there is no suction inside (from your mouth sucking in, and the bowl getting lit. If there is no release, the smoke will still enter your mouth, but it would be hard to get it all in one suck in.

ugly i made a pipe out of a old battle damaged Tie fighter toy the bowl fit snugly in the cockpit and it was great smoke coming from it made it even better to play with my friend's grama threw it out but yea this is a piece of shit compared to mine
