Oct 27 2009Amazing!: A Hummingbird Feeder Helmet
This is a video of a hummingbird feeder that's incorporated into a $80 flowery mask. You leave it outside for awhile to get the birds used to it, then put that sucker on one day and sit still while the hummers come to feed right between your eyes. INTENSE! Reminds me of the time I let a murder of crows peck my eyes out. Probably shouldn't have done that. But like they say, hindsight's 20/20. Except mine, I'm totally blind now.

Wearable hummingbird feeder: they'll think your eyes are juicy, delicious flowers! [boingboing]
Thanks to Fally, who once fed an owl a mouse right from her hand because she's an adrenaline junkie.

Sure you did. Too bad web 2.0 themes are last seasons web trend. I suppose you can still sell your glossy buttons, reflective text, and striped backgrounds to.. uh.. old people, I guess. Your post is more fake than Daisy's concept of NBD.

Rare. I don't think they're all that social. A pair is supposedly called a cast, and a flock (other than a flock) seems like it's called a kettle....but I could be WAY wrong on that one, mate.

We have a hummingbird feeder, and if you sit under the tree long enough you can watch them just that close.
I once saw one flying around and feeding a little RIGHT after my husband finished hanging it before he could even put both hands down.

Needs a mouth hole. That way you can pop them in your maw like popcorn chicken.
Gawd, I could go for some popcorn chicken right now. And gravy.
