Well technically goatee guy has only his goatee to defend in the argument -
he is called a 26 year old with no job and a stupid goatee, his age and employment status are objectionable- they are yes/no facts and not subject to opinion.
The stupidity of his goatee, however, is indeed subjective, and can thus be defended by his opinion of his own goatee or against the bias of the girl insulting him.
