FAKE!!!!
This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never BAck Down where Max joined the army, and his drill instructor was injured by an errant mortar shot. Max's group completed the training on their own, and was then asked to work on a special new project.
