This is a complete photoashop hjob. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max and BAja's dad were slicing some hookers open with the chainsaw. Max commented - and I thought they smelled bad on the outside.
