Anyway, the law finally caught up with Carmen Sandiego at an undisclosed airport. And as you can see, she hasn't aged as well as I was hoping. Remember when Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? first came out and your friend convinced you if you beat the game 200 times you got to see her naked? Yeah, I know all my world capitals.

about 17 years ago there was a game called "Where in the world in Carmen Sandiego" where you had to find this bitch by using geographic hints and stuff.
If I remember correctly the game came with a little encyclopaedia.
It then had a squeal (or prequel) called where in time is Carmen Sandiego.
I remember trying to play these games. I was barely 6 at the time. I barely knew what was going on in the game. I think never even managed to make it out of the office.
