The Wii should have originally been introduced in black.

If they introduce more hardcore games to the console, it may help maintain their sales of the console.

I mean, 512MB? If you want to download a lot of games, transferring them on SD cards is kind of annoying.

Sleek, but now looks very much like the other consoles. I think the white choice was originally meant to draw in Apple-product lovers.

i owned a Wii for a about a week. Then of course I realized I'm neither an 8 year old or a 85 year old resident of a nursing home. So i got a PS3.

This color change means nothing. Now it's just trying to relate itself to the majesty of the PS3

This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.

This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max and Baja were playing Wii bowling and Max almost had a perfect game. Upon throwing the last strike, the wiimote slipped out of his hand and hit one of Baja's dads hookers in the head knocking her unconscious. Baja's dad gave Max 5 bucks and thanked him for helping with the chores.

per the description commenting on the white verse black size - the whole white verse black size of the part of the body is a myth, it's just that black people tend to be intact (unircumcised) so it looks bigger

Oh man, it must be better than the 'white' one- ya know, cuz a 'black' Wii is much better than a 'white' one. Color makes all the difference in these cases. If I bought it I swear that I'd never replace it, ...unless they made it another color.

For the controllers I personally prefer them to be black because my current white ones aren't white anymore. You know what I mean.

why didnt they release this in the first place!? Also, its now pointless and made obsolete by the Xbox Natal and the new PS3 that will have a motion sensor.

The controller looks more comfortable, and the console looks hot!

I saw this and at first I thought "How bad*ss is that?", then I realized it was a Wii and lost my smile, kind of like the first day I got the powerglove for my old nintendo. I don't think my heart can take any more breaks.
