This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max was asked to help the governmant figure out how someone was gonna kill the president, and ended up as a patsy when the guy next to the president got shot. He befriended Army Renta and ended up killing Roger Murtaugh and Stan Bolander.
