This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max sent Baja to get a brain, and she dropped the one he wanted. So Baja picked one that was abnormal, by accident and gave it to Max, but didn't tell him.
