This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max was listning to Baja's dad in Del Tacos, when he got his second wind. He excused himself telling pops about how he drugged Baja and was acting like an alien and probing her anus. Pop's started crying and said - thats exactly how I met Baja's mom.
