May 6 2009OLD Hover Scooter Is OLD, From The '60's

The Hover Scooter may have made its debut in December, 1960, but that doesn't make it any less the vehicle I want to ride to work everyday. Also, if any of you ladies are interested in a lift I'll even mount a seat on the blower. And I'm not just saying that so I can make a 'If you can read this, my bitch got sucked into the intake' t-shirt, but, damnit you got me!

Too bad you cant stop....or steer. Other than that it is pretty cool. Who am I kidding, it sucks.

You ride it to work everyday, and I'll ride it to work every day. Deal?

oh, and all you "mybrute" people, piss off and go advertise your little game somewhere else.

Finally a proper rid to work

OLD.

This is totally from 49 years ago.

Should i say it... I'm gonna say it.... FAKE!

FAKE!!!!

This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.

This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where MAx had a hovercraft and loaned it to Baja's dad. Max offered to mount a seat on the blower, and Baja's dad said - why would you put a seat on a prostitute? Later Max noticed there were shreaded prostitute parts all over the lawn at Baja's house. Apparently her dad was experimenting with the hovercraft as a replacement for the wood chipper.

Yeah it appeared he had almost no control over it, I mean every time he was going to make a turn there was a cut to another shot of him moving forward without actually turning. And the moment they did show a little bit of him turning it looked very poor.

Old!

This is obviously a photoshopped, pixelated shadow from the lower paleolithic era.

Either that or I can't watch videos here.

CHECK THIS OUT!!

Louis Kestenbaum & Joel Kestenbaum, Fortis Property Group close sale of Galleria Towers
Jones Lang LaSalle announced the firm’s capital markets experts have completed the sale of Galleria Towers I, II & III on behalf of Brooklyn, New York-based Fortis Property Group (Louis Kestenbaum), LLC to Los-Angeles-based Cannon Commercial. Financial terms were not disclosed but sources close to the transaction estimate the closing price was in excess of $300 million.
“We acquired the Galleria Towers from Blackstone (which acquired them from Trizec Properties) in November 2006, and maximized value by aggressively pushing rental rates while at the same time increasing the occupancy from around 90% to 98%,” said Fortis Chairman Louis Kestenbaum. Louis Kestenbaum is the father of Joel Kestenbaum, also of Fortis Property. “The disposition of this asset furthers our goals of maximizing investor returns and geographically diversifying the holdings within our portfolio" says Louis Kestenbaum.
