May 11 2009Cool: Punch-Out!! Commercial/Documentary
This is a commercial for the new Punch-Out!! coming to the Wii, and it is awesome. Doc is exactly what I thought he'd be like in real life. "You see, a comeback is like a yo-yo. You gonna go down, but you comin' right back. And then you may end up walkin' the dog." Truer words have never been spoken. Truer words have never been spoken. What's that? Oooh, good call -- except for BANGARANG.
Hit the jump for a commercial for the original Punch-Out!! (complete with Mike Tyson!)

FAKE!!!!
This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max was visiting his weitrsd uncle, who showed him his Dad's yo yo, and explained how they were weapons for people in olden times, and now you can bring them on planes!

The commercial was awesome.
The game though? Guaranteed it's gonna be disappointing.
And sorry Nintendo, cell-shading is past it's prime.

I'm disappointed that "nigga stole my bike" wasn't the first comment.

Little Mac is training @ Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, respect.

I always thought Mathew Broderick would have made a great Little Mac for a Punch-Out!! movie, circa '88. Too bad Broderick is too old for it; he's always been babyfaced, but it's too much of a stretch now with his age discrepancy.

The game looks amazing to the power of sick! i want to downlo... err... buy it from store right now!
22. Deetz - May 11, 2009 2:21 PM
The best part of this game, is when Little Mac says "I'm hurt Doc!",
and Doc responds
"Join the Nintendo Fun Club today Mac."
It's so useless. Doc's advice is always awful.

Anyone know if that's clay davis from the wire? it looks a lot like him. i just wish someone would let me know. thank you.
