This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene int he movie NEver BAck Down where MAx was out of Canada mints, and Rush Limbaugh, followed by his canadian fans who thought he was the rock band Rush started chasing Max on his moped. In order to confuse the fans, he picked up Aldo Nova and let him ride on the back. His music made Rush's head explode like when a martian hears yodeling. This slowed Rush down enough that his fans could catch him, further slowing him and allowing Max and Aldo Nova to escape Rush in triumph.
