This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.

This is exactly like that scene int he movie NEver BAck Down where a cop got attacked by a monster and MAx asked him how it felt. The cop said it hurt, but max repeated his question asking how does it feel, is the skin tough like a rhino and is the tail segmented like a scorpion?
