Feb 11 2009Oldschool!: Mega Man For The Atari 2600
Is this what Mega Man would look like played on an Atari 2600? Yes, yes it is. And if you doubt it you can take the issue up with my fis--POW! He said you're wrong. What's that? Oh, and that your nose is bleeding.
Thanks to Anthony, who claims he beat The Oregon Trail but I suspect he actually died of dysentery.

I have no issue communicating without the use of profanity. Quite frankly, the english language offers much more colorful adjectives. The point being made is simply that in this country, where this blog is hosted, we have freedom of speech. The same freedom of speech that would protect this blogger (GW) in court. I find it rather disingenuous of him to post NSFW content and genitalia jokes, then censor our comments about them.
IIIIIIIIIIII AMMMMMMMM MEGAMANNNNNNN I GOT A MUTHA F*CKIN GUN FOR A HAAAAANNNNNNNDDDDDD. I also play this game with a "modded joystick"

wait, I'm confused. Either this is just a really old video and I was misinformed when I saw it but wasn't there really a MegaMan for the Atari? Either way I've already seen the video, I was pretty sure everyone's seen megaman in Atari form.

Does anyone know how that bacon for a month guy is doing, or if he's in the hospital yet?
15. Dave - February 11, 2009 6:36 PM
If this was true, it'd be one hell of an awesome atari game.
16. Pat - February 11, 2009 7:09 PM
I don't think it'd even look that good on Atari.
17. Al Dracone - February 11, 2009 7:20 PM
Did anyone actually cared about how it would look like?
PS - @4/5, where's my damn burger?

FAKE!!!!
This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max jumped into a truck on the road, and snuck into the cab, stealing it from the guy who was driving it, and threw him out without stopping.

This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max takes his truck runs a roadblock and then blows up a gas station as night falls. Meanwhile Ronald Reagan and Babe Ruth argue about how to handle Max.

I'll never get tired of laughing at the whiners who scream "freedom of speech" without even having read (no less understood) the constitution.
The first amendment protects you from the government censoring your freedom to express yourself. It doesn't do shit for a private party deciding they don't want to pay to provide you a forum to do it.
In fact, I can beat you to death to keep you from saying you like Bush better than Obama, and your first amendment rights have not been violated, no more than you've broken the speed limit by farting in an elevator. DOES NOT APPLY.

another stupid rambo movie reference by daisy. also why the hell would you want to play an old atari when you have 3-d cutting edge graphics these days?

FAKE!!!!
This is a complete gimp job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are open source.
This is a mirror covered box screwed to a tree of a scene in the movie Tender Dracula where the ex-wife of Dracula's resurrected man servant who is now the wife of Dracula decided that anything old that looks like dog turd should be resold, but titled retro. It can also be sold at 400 times the price of the original.

Anyone who ever played Atari will see the blatant mistakes here.
1. The graphics are too good. Mega Man would not have looked so good.
2. The controls seem like they do what they are intended to do... that's not Atari.
3. It looks too easy. If it was a real Atari game, you never would have gotten past the first screen.... or at least never to a boss.
