That's right folks, Wii Sports is now the best-selling video game ever. And not just because it comes bundled with the Wii, but 100% because it comes bundled with the Wii.
Shocked? Don't be. Unlike most video games that can be bought at retail, Wii Sports comes bundled with the Wii hardware in every territory other than Japan and Korea. In other words, if you bought a Wii, you bought Wii Sports whether you liked it or not (chances are, you liked it). With over 45 million Wiis sold worldwide to date, it's only logical that Wii Sports would start smashing records sooner or later.
And before you brand Wii Sports a false champion due to being bundled with hardware, consider that Super Mario Bros. was also sold as a bundle with the original Nintendo Entertainment System during its mid-80's heyday.
Well hooray. More importantly, did anybody notice that I Photoshopped Mario's fingers so he's now holding up two (for second place!) instead of one? Because I did that. I also took the pinky off his other hand. Gambling debt.

This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.
This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max gets bitten by a radioactive spider and his body mutates. He shoots a white sticky substance out of places he never shot it out of before, and he also can cling to walls, and is strong and has special sense of danger.
He uses his power to fight the macho man, in a wrestling match sanctioned by Ash, from S-Mart.

I think internet explorer is the browser used the most when it comes to the web, because it's integrated with windows. That's why I use firefox, and I have a playstation III =)

The bottom line is that Nintendo rocks! They had some hard times in the 90's, but they are back and better than ever. For all you playstation fans out there - the essential difference is do you want games that have amazing graphics or games that are fun as hell. Playstation has the graphics, hands down, but Nintendo has them beat in the fun department.

The Wii sucks and it pains me to say it because I've been a Nintendo fanboy since the original NES. I waited all night at Wal Mart on the release date and lost the lottery system they had to win the chance to buy one and I'm totally glad I did. Almost all my friends who had bought one has since sold it, and the one that hasn't is 14 and my girlfriends dorky little brother.
Seriously Wii Sports is such a crappy game. So is everything else that relies on motion detection I'm hoping this gimmick gets old and dies.

F*** Wii. Why would I buy a 3rd Gen console to play video games and have to sacrifice state-of-the-art graphics so I have to move around (i.e. "fun)? That's not fun, that's annoying. I play video games when I don't want to exercise. I exercise when I want to exercise. I get tired from exercising and want to veg and play video games, I shouldn't have to save my energy to do both.
F*** Wii. Give me XBOX 360 or PS3 anyday.

@20 - You haven't played Mario Galaxy, then?
I'm not going to defend the Wii as my favourite console; my X360 is still king of my cabinet. Hell, I've only got about 6 titles for Nintendo's latest and it doesn't get turned on outside of drunken mates coming over to my place. But there are good games on the Wii (yes, I think Wii Sports falls into this category) and there are GREAT games on the system (Galaxy, No More Heroes). There is also a metric buttload of shovelware. Maybe that's what you've been subjected to?
Or maybe my view's just skewed by the fact I got mine as payment for 3 hours of easy and pleasant work. Noice.

@ 27. Actually I'm more of a Grand Theft Auto fan than Halo. And while I have no idea why I feel the need to justify my comments, I'm actually at work right now, in Japan, in the military, so yes... I do work out. Albeit mostly PT, I have on occasion been known to wake my happy ass up at 4 a.m. to run a few miles. (Not this morning though, I was up too late playing GTA :p)

Actually, Wii Sports stopped being a pack-in game in Japan just a year or so after its release. All those Asian folks are actually paying 5000 yen or so for it. People bought it simply because it appeals to a wider crowd. Just keep this in mind: at least it will never beat LoZ:Oot. NOTHING will EVER beat OoT. Except OoT on the TP engine.
