Jan 7 2009Casting Call For New Discovery Science Channel Game Show 'Catch It Keep It'

casting-call.jpg

Remember the last time I announced a casting call for a show? Did any of you actually apply? Is 'Super Testing' on the air? Has it started yet? I have no idea, I only watch educational programming. Sexeducational programming. HIYO! Porn basically. Anyway, here's the chance for you Geekologie readers to prove yourselves, and show the billions of [fact check this] Discovery Networks Science Channel viewers what you're made of!

Producers for a Discovery Science Game show are looking for contestants. Contestants can be a gonzo engineer/scientist or just a high-energy, creative, fun, builder!

They are looking for garage warriors (builders, scientists, inventors, engineers, carpenters, welders, mechanics, architects, etc...) who love to invent new gadgets, build robots, racing power tools, weld together bizarre machines that drive, fly, climb, shoot flames or launch projectiles.

This Game Show is for thinkers, dreamers and doers, who are eager to let their inner MacGyvers be seen and ready to collaborate with a team of other builders to beat the clock in order to "save" the big prize!

Holy shit, I'd be perfect for this! I can hardly wait! I'm gonna be building the coolest stuff. All LEGO too! And there's a big prize involved! I love big prizes! Well, as long as they're not in the form of penises. Oh boy, oh boy! Do you think it's gold bullion? Cold hard cash? I don't know but I can hardly wait to find out! Pick me, pick me! Oh, wait, there's more.

Consumption of alcohol prohibited during challenges.

F*** that. It might just be the booze talking, but I love booze.

what i really wanna know is :

if the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few then why is gang rape illegal?

never back brooklyn vampires that are fake and photoshopped.

tongan ninja.

I hear Paris Hilton is barred from entering. She has caught everything, has kept it, and is now sharing it. She is a breeding ground for scientific studies...however, this punchline is exiled.

With a title like "Catch It Keep It" I figured it was a game show about sex with whores.

"Congratulations, you caught the HIV!"

FAKE!!!!

This is a complete photoshop job. You can tell its fake because the shadow's are all wrong.

This hypotised me and convinced me that this is a scene from the movie Tender Dracula where one of the drunken overdubbed frenchmen learns that the Earth is about to be demolished to make way for a hyper space bypass, and is soon after teleported onto a big yellow lumpy shit filled with big green lumpy fellows.

If they start casting for a show called Pr0n Fappers, let me know.

FAKE!!!!

This is a complete photoshop job. you can tell its a fake because the shadow's are all wrong.

This is exactly like that scene in the movie Never Back Down where Max was fishing for panfish in Brazil. He noticed that the small children were standing on crates to gain height. What he didn't understand is why these crates all were numbered 17 in hex.

baja who was fluent in portugese laughed when Max asked her. These crates were overturned trash containers. What max thought was ox17 was actually lixo, the Portugese word for trash.

How is this show any different from that "Junkyard Wars" show? This sounds like the exact same show premise.

If they put a GAME SHOW on Disc Sci Channel I will hurt someone. It is the last channel I have where stupid mindless game shows arent a part of. I hope this is not real.

I love the voice the writer of this article uses.

LAST!
