he isnt going reverse the truck is being towed by another one, I have seen them do this with up to three or four of them going backwards being towed by one truck. from the back it looks like they are going reverse but from the side it is being towed, guarantee it.

The funniest story I ever heard about a truck being towed was somebody pulling up close behind one. They had a passenger asleep next to them and then screamed like they were getting in a head on. The passenger crapped their pants.

This is just a semi truck being towed by another rig. I have seen this many a time and its nothing special. They just hook up using both semi trucks 5th wheels.

THE ANSWER IS YES:

Look at the traffic on the other side of the median. It's facing the same direction, moving forward. It's not someone filming out of their back window... it may be a truck being towed, but it is going forward, ass-first.
