Sep 2 200811-Year Old Girl Field Strips And Reassembles AR-15 Rifle In Less Than A Minute

This is a video of 11-year old Mackenzie disassembling and reassembling an AR-15 in less than a minute. Her father made the video as a PSA to let any middle schoolers out there know that, if you break little Mackenzie's heart, she's gonna murder your whole family.

why?

I can do that in less than 15 seconds

*puts on helmet, fastens strap, gets in bunker, waits for flood of liberal commie posts to ensue.

She did not fully field strip it. Atleast for the 6 years I was infantry field stripping included removing the 2 piece hand guard from the muzzle.

Plus he said she even did a function check? far from it. A function check consists of.

a. Pull charging handle to the rear and release. Place selector lever on SAFE. Pull trigger. Hammer should not fall.

b. Place selector lever on SEMI. Pull trigger and hold to the rear. Hammer should fall. Pull charging handle to the rear and release. Release trigger and pull to the rear again. Hammer should fall.

c. Place selector lever on BURST. Pull charging handle to the rear and release. Pull trigger and hold to the rear. Hammer should fall. Pull charging handle to the rear three times and release. Release trigger and pull again. Hammer should fall.

...you can own something like that legally?

@5: Apparently only if you're an 11 year old girl.

#5, I sure hope you can. This is America, right?

America, f*** yeah!
Out to save the motherf***ing world yeah!

sad sad sad

Wow, about as useful in working society as an asshole on your elbow , I swear, some people shouldn't be allowed to have kids :l

So many things to love about this.

1) The look of pure joy when she's told she's done it in 53 seconds.

2) The towel on the table. It makes me think that mom was involved, too. "Aw, fine, at least don't scratch the table."

3) The hands up to announce that the gun's apart. Very gymnastics fabulous.

4) The nutjobs who are going to get off telling her that she's done it TOTALLY WRONG. Jesus, what stupid branch of the military taught her that was the way to do it?!

...I could go on.

PEWPEWPEW

MY DADDY'S IN THE ARMY!!

That is what 4chan and 12chan refer to as an "attack loli" the US government has been creating them for years...we're just now seeing them at work.

i gotta little bit of a pedophile boner from that video.

"bernstein - September 2, 2008 5:08 PM ...you can own something like that legally?"

It's a rifle, what do you think it is, a nuclear weapon? Seriously, if you know you're illiterate enough on the subject to not know if something is legal or not, why not extrapolate a little farther and assume you don't have an intelligent comment to make.

I have nothing against guns, I just think that there is a time for everything and clearly this girl is way to young to be handling guns specially one like that.

if your discomfort with guns if interfering with your ability to be happy for her, pretend it's a rubiks cube

That's just wrong.

Chief Wiggum to his son: "You know you're not supposed to go in there. What is your fascination with my forbidden closet of mystery?"

Wow...she's sure trying to keep up to the Jones'....over in Iran. Unfortunately for this little girl, Mari'q Jones-ababa in Tehran scored a 0:46. Just goes to show you that Americans aren't the best at everything.

With her father actually taking the time to show her how to do that, I can almost guarantee she will never accidentally discharge a firearm, so I don't know what all the hub-bub is about.
Also, really? Someone is going to complain about that rifle being legal? For what reason? Because it *looks* scary? The reality of it is that it is simply a semi-automatic (one bullet for every trigger pull) rifle which fires .223 (5.56mm) rounds and is thus a fair amount less destructive than the average rifle one would use for hunting deer. (.30-06 is pretty standard for that, and in fact a .223 is illegal to use in most states because the bullet is too small and it'd be inhumane to use)

Is it just me or does she look like the chick from Harry Potter?

But whats the big deal with field stripping an ar15? I can do that! Of course I had to learn how in basic training with a big scary drill instructor spitting on me as he yelled.

Enough with the ar15... lets see how fast she can load and unload a dishwasher!

This would scare the crap out of my European friends.

Of course, my mother taught me how to shoot a 9mm when I was 6. (Live ammunition). AND I'm as liberal as they come!

Mwahahahahahahaa! Wrap your minds around that!

(No, seriously. My mother is/was legally crazy).

So much BAWWWWWW and butthurt in here....

The rifle is totally legal (ZOMGSCARYLOOKINGWEAPONSBAN!!1!11!111), the kids father wants her to know what she's doing and I personally applaud him for doing so....god knows if i'm having to gun down hordes of zombies I would want my kid to know what they're doing.....

Can you imagine the horrible things filmed on home video prior to youtube defacing the internet with it's abomination of self uploaded self importance. Ishudder to think indeed...

I find it interesting that those here who are obviously in favour of a weapon like this being legal are so quick to berate anyone who holds another opinion. I don't see any posts railing against militaristic indoctrination of children or fascism or anything like that that someone who opposes private ownership of assault rifles might hurl at a proponent. Just saying.

#11 - lol @ your comment
#4 - lol @ your face!!

Did anybody else click on this article because they were misled by "11-Year Old Girl" "Strips"? No? ....anybody? ....Just me huh?

simply, why?

oh thats right, so she can join her daddy and his mates on that back of their pick up truck and hunt down black people who looked at them funny.

F***ING INBRED REDNECKS!!! dont worry tho, evolution, which they deny exists, will soon make them extinct.

just in case you were wondering... this is exactly why every single country in the world has a certain idea of America. Sad, I'm feeling just sad for the innocent girl growing up in that way.

Hey 24, is your mothers name Sarah Connor? If so, where do you live? I want to send a care package.. yeah..

T-1.... I mean Timmy.

@29

Shut my mouth.

That's not the correct weapon for shooting subhuman people from the back of a pickup truck. You will find a shotgun with #0 shot will wound them, slowing them down so a second shooter with a .22 and a scope gives you the ability to make a single kill shot.

pew pew pew

Why? i mean... WHY??
Stupid weapons! Why did her dad teach her such a trick??

She can learn better things, like:
- tetris
- math
- reading
- house cleaning
- stripping and reassembling cars
- how to play in wow
- ...
- pole stripping

#29 racist! Come down here and say that you little bitch!

"A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity."
Sigmund Freud

Just because someone has guns doesn't mean they're a red neck.

Okay it kind of does but their furniture is too nice.

Seriously though... I can't even begin with how wrong, sad and creepy this is, and how pissed off it makes me. People suck.

Poor girl is having a hay-day about it too.

#4, field stripping does not require dissemblance of the hand guard, that is only for cleaning purposes and even then not recommended. Actually, she was not supposed to take the retainer clip out of the bolt (for field stripping). When you are in the field, taking out that piece could result in losing the spring and or pin which are both very small.

I don't know much about an AR-15 but I guess its feasible that it does not have a 3rd step to the functions check. Anyone know if the AR-15 has a burst or auto mode? For the M16 you're correct though.

i love how #35 automatically took it as an insult towards him. LOLLLLL it must be true then! LOLLL its funny! cause its true!!

I thought I saw this girl on guard duty at the Neverland Ranch...

@16 Dude, it was just a stupid sarcastic comment, calm down. Besides you can't be illiterate on any subject besides ... well, literacy.

I can't believe it took 12 comments before somebody quoted "PEWPEWPEW"
You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm sure it seemed like a sterling idea at the time on the Fathers part. but i guarantee you some guy was playing "puppet master" while watching this.

As much as I'm iffy with the whole gun thing....this was cute. Scary, but cute. You go girl! haha

It looks like the final Harry Potter book is taking a turn toward militaristic.

Playtime at Sarah Palin's house!

My parents, who were both born and raised in the soviet union can disassemble and reassemble an ak47 pretty damn fast (it was a mandatory thing taught in public schools lol) Not sure if they were taught at 11 - but probably around that time..

What is the big deal about this? Seriously? Yes, she knows about guns at her age. It's better to teach her about them so she knows rather than leave it as some big mystery in daddys closet for her to discover. In Canada, kids can get their FACs when they're 12 with their parents permission. Yes, 12! As long as she has been taught how to handle that gun properly and is mature enough to follow it, I think it's fine

Dumb parents these days. Not teaching their kids about how to use weaponry. This girl's an example, learn from her kids!

My six year old has some practising to do.

Holy hell, you folks jumped all over this.

These videos were very amusing for me to read, thank you.

pfffffffff, and me a chainsaw and a srew driver and i could disasemble it in 2 sec, now hand me super glue, anmd is back togethwer in 10 seconds

I'm sure her dad is a huge asshole.

Na.. the dad isn't an asshole... he just wants backup for when the zombies attack.

It's better than using her as human bait or wounding her so you can get away faster.

Its my experience people named Jeff are huge assholes. Even with a sample size is greater than 1, the data shows 100% assholeness.

Isn't that the girl from Harry Potter?

...which was also pointed out by #23 and #53.

...and by #53 I mean #43.

I'll f*** off then.

I'd let her cock my pistol

in todays worldALL KIDS SHOULD LEARN ABOUT GUN ,,,, HOW TO CLEAN , HANDLE THEM WITH CARE AND SAFETY , AND HOW TO PROTECT THERE SELF AND FAMILY

Cute. Next step is doing it blindfolded and tied to a chair.

Americansss please stop being so weeiirrddd... I want to go there one day and now that I know that every 11 year old carries a machinegun the size of Rambo's I'm gonna be even more paranoid walkin around there.

First of all, I'd like to congratulate the father on creating a cute killing machine. I like his giggle at the end. Furthermore, the closer girls become to being lara croft, the faster this world becomes a f***ing female dominance! Also, I'd strip and reassemble your rifle. Sorry, I couldn't help it.

For those of you pedants moaning that she did not fully field strip the gun, the title should read:

"11-Year Old Girl Strips.....etc"

...so now do you forgive the slight inaccuracy?

(BTW, I would find that only slightly less obscene than taking pride in a young girl's skill in handling a murdering machine)

Oh man, it could have been so funny if the little girl could accsidentally shoot her dumbass dad.

I'm turned on and scared to death at the same time!

God bless America?

Well all I can say is pleased I don't live in the US! From this to 6 dead in Washington! (see BBC News).

with parenting like that who needs GTA

@67 There are millions of americans who share your sentiment. We certainly don't need or want you.

Europe is a f***ed up country, stop trying to make the world like it.

it's easy to comment on geekologie. just point your fingers and dig in your ass for a couple minutes and you too can have your opinion spewing all over the planet earth.

@69

Europe is a continent, not a country...

haha, you dumb f***. Europe IS NOT a country :)

@ 71 & 72. Europe IS a country! And I live there! Stop patronising it or I will sing our national anthem.

Hah, thats the first thing I thought... she didn't fully field strip it... she didn't even take the hand guards off. LAME

@26 - My mom taught me to shoot at around 5 -6, not because she's crazy... because she wanted me to understand & respect the weapons in our home. I never played with the gun if I ran across it, no gun/rifle in my home was ever fired on accident or mis-used.

I applaud this father.

by 26 in meant 24...

Next week, she comes to Irak. Sure.

My hamster is more inteligent than her father.

@77 Bartolo-
It's "IRAQ" & "INTELLIGENT"... speaking of hamster brains...

pinches gringos, están locos

@78 - Thumperchica
I am sorry, it's not my mother tongue and I commit some errors. I am so sorry.

Anyone notice the books on the bookself?

Mein Kampf?

The Master Race?

The Zionist Conspiracy?

WTF?!?!?

She should do that in a desert wearing a burka, then see how funny the video is.

Estarán muy orgullos de ella en casa...

Supongo que también sabrá leer y escribir, ¿no?

#81 I can't see any of the books' titles. That would have supplied some context though.

They are all SKINNY books though. Is that evidence of anything rednecky? Maybe they got Mein Kampf in graphic novel form for less reading?

o shi

Pedo bear... you better watch out for this little girl

@81 how the heck could you read the titles of those books...i tried and just couldn't. whats the secret?

I'd f*** her...

Ladies and gentlemen, the next Governor of the great state of Alaska!!!

Sarah Palin's daughter!!!

Look people, if you don't want to get your kids ready for the zombie apocalypse then don't wonder why this little girl will be pumping holes into your foreheads when you go for her brains.

Good on ya, mate!

@59 ... And probably occasion other Columbine tragedies? Did you ever thought about that?

So insecure, so sadly insecure.

Lol. Interesting post. Reading down the comments I can see it didn't take much to bring the pedoscum out of their caves. *sigh*

@36 are you a retard? i was being sarcastic and taking the piss out of rednecks stereo types. think before you speak down to people with your high and mighty morals. F***WIT!!!!!!!

@75 & 76

Congratz. However, mine is crazy and I haven't seen her in 16 years since she ran off to join some militia somewhere.

I just wanted to point out that not all guns are handled responsibly. I'm also probably a better mark than most of the so called 'gun nuts' here. *manly flex*

Saying something's wrong with a trained and supervised 11-year-old girl fieldstripping is like saying there's something wrong with a trained and supervised 11-year-old girl juggling knives.

The gun was used to test and demonstrate a skill, if you missed the point.

she never took the hand guards off...doesn't count!

@94 - Holy Crap - Your Mom IS Sarah Connor!!!!
Come with me if you want to live. Even if you are a hippy...

This is the kind of irresponsible gun ownership that pushes us closer to losing our right to own a weapon for protection. Why is it socially acceptable for an 11-year-old to be playing with a killing machine? If she was field stripping a dildo we'd all be going to jail.

Oh, for f***s sake people, it's JUST A GUN. So what, the little girl likes guns, my sisters were both shooting .22's at five, I've got a picture of myself at nine somewhere with a gun that looks incredibly similar to this one, and honestly, if the gun wasn't legal, the people with the ILLEGAL guns would probably just run rampant.

Remember, when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will own guns.

People in here saying this is sad, and we need to ban weapons need to realize a couple things:

1. A child getting raped by a pedophile is much worse than a father having a close relationship with his daughter while teaching her gun safety. Notice how she wasn't pointing the gun at the camera? I can guess this child has a great chance of not being a loser when she grows up.

2. We need to ban criminals and idiots, not guns. Let's say America bans all guns. Then who has possesion of them? The criminals and the government.

3. It's all about gun safety people. For those of you whining about this rifle, I ask you to take a hunter safety course. You would be surprised to see that there are certain rules you should follow when you own any type of firearm. This girl and her father are probably well aware of those rules.

Lordy Lordy! My kid's a fully functioning REDNECK!

YEEEEHAW!

@98, there's nothing irresponsible about being taught to do something properly. Just like when your mom taught you how to put a tampon in your butt.

@100
its so easy to see that your a member of the NRA, you seem to imply that civilians having guns is a good thing.
bare in mind in america there is a gun for basically every person and you have 12,000 murders a year from just guns. here in the UK we have about 200. so your murder rate from guns is 60 times ours but yet your population is only 5 times ours.
plus in america most people shot by guns know the person that shot them like family friends or collegues, not criminals shot by home defeners which is what you gun nuts would have us believe. I mean for f***s sake, the right to bare arms could mean nukes technically. do us a favour and use you AR-15 on yourself, i mean chances are you`ll onl;y use it on your family any way. f***ing retard

@103
I'm saying there is a greater responsibility when it comes to owning any type of weapon. As I am of age and not a felon, I own a pistol for home defense. Do you a favor and kill myself? Way to advocate violence pal. Some people don't realize that when you decide to pull the trigger on another human being, you can't take that back. Scenario: If someone breaks into my home I'm not pulling my gun and running downstairs to shoot it up. I'm staying in my room and calling the police. If the intruder comes into my room, and doesn't give up or run away, I have the right to protect myself. I pray that I don't ever have to come into that situation. I'm not sitting over here with a boner waiting for an asshole to break into my house so I can squeeze off a shot.
Getting shot is the only way people get killed? Drunk driving, stabbing, date-rape overdose, BEAT TO DEATH, arson, etc, etc.
Now, do I still sound like a "f***ing retard", as you put it. Do us a favor and grow up "friendly" stoner.

@104

hahahhahahaha, i love the way you tried to argue back by completely ignoring my major points. even if you think i need to grow up, at least i`m not 60 times more likely to get shot. check out the stats of gun crime in america. i dont even live there and i`m more aware of the problems there than you are and i`m 3000 miles away.
and of course there are more ways to die than get get shot but in all those other ways you suggested its worse in america as well. do us a favour and educate yourself

Wow, you know what friendly stoner? Here in Canada there are 3 or 4 guns per person. That is more guns per capita than the US has. Most of these are hunting rifles. Just like the one that adorable little girl uses. You know what? She will probably never shoot a person. You know why? Because she was properly educated on gun use. The statisics you are quoting are wrong, your message is wrong. I am not going to feel guilty about owning a gun or teaching my children the proper way to use it. You should feel bad though, telling L_Dubba to kill himself because he owns a gun. How shameful! You are surely not the enlightened person you think you are!

@105
When you start to use capital letters at the beginning of your sentences then you can tell me to educate myself. I am well aware of the problems in certain parts of America. I live here. It's really easy to talk shit about another country in a forum when you have no idea how it is very different from town to town, state to state. America, like the UK, is filled with INDIVIDUALS. People who think, act, talk, and were raised different. You go ahead with your statistics and rattle off about how America is f***ed up, but until you live here, and see how varied it is from state to state, town to town, home to home, individual to individual, then I'll take your opinion seriously.

Well my comments have already been done by 44 so...

I'm British. I've travelled around the US before. I like America, I like Americans as a generalisation.

The conception that guns cannot be owned here is not accurate. One of the fastest growing sports here is Clay Pigeon Shooting, or Skeet I think you guys call it. To get a licence for a shotgun here (double barrelled rather than pump) is actually quite straightforward. You need to have a secure cabinet, there's a police check and you shouldn't have a recent or serious criminal record. A lawful shotgun here has to be a certain length (26 inch barrel I believe) and shortening it is a serious criminal offence (5 years I think). But after a school shooting some years ago we changed the law and basically banned handgun storage in the home and made a handgun or rifle licence much harder to get here.

As for criminals here the suggestion now is that many of the guns they have are modified replicas that have been changed from blank firing models.

I respect the US constitution, you have the right to bear arms. But I wonder what the crime rate would be if you outlawed the sale of handguns. I know its a part of the old western mindset that carries forward but surely if a gun is really a deterent then you want it to be seen. Anyone who knows about guns knows that a shotgun is a far more effective weapon in an enclosed space than a handgun.

So keep the law as it stands for rifles and shotguns but change the law for small weapons that can be easily hidden from the police or innocent bystanders - genuine sportsman have the weapons they need, home defence can be performed. Add a new law with very stiff penalities for carrying a handgun or shortening a rifle or shotgun. See what happens.

WTF People, this is a place to goof off, not hhave a serious argument.

America invnted the internet as a playground, and Those friggin eoropeans and foreigners use it like a place to put serious arguments forward.

Go out into the park, stand on a milk crate and recite your manifesto.

In other words, this isn't the place for it so STEP OFF BITCH.

Good day.

XO

@73, I live there too. The thing is a continent. Like Asia, Antarctica, Australia and so on. Countries are stuff like Norway, China, etc...
Not saying you are stupid or anything, just had an incredible urge to correct that.

@ 37

All the AR-15's I've come across are only semi-auto... Just fire and safe.

@99,102: Oh, for f***s sake people, it's JUST A DILDO. So what, the little girl likes dildos, my sisters were both using dildos at five, I've got a picture of myself at nine somewhere with a dildo that looks incredibly similar to this one, and honestly, if the dildo wasn't legal, the people with the ILLEGAL dildos would probably just run rampant.

It is irresponsible to teach someone something if they aren't old enough to understand the context. I wouldn't teach an 8-year-old to drive a car, or teach a 4-year old or even let them watch an MMA match. (And I'm not anti-gun, anti-car, or anti-MMA. I own a few guns, including an AR-15 and a Calico M950, but I'm in my 30s.)

and then u fukn ask urself ... WHY DID THOSE KIDS DECIDED TO KILL THEIR CLASSMATES AT (insert school name here) ?!?!?!?!?!? well... their parents where stupid enogh to teach them how to do this kinda shit !!

i like the sound. do u?

f***ing usa...

FAIL.... not once did she check the chamber for live rounds

LOL. she looks like Hermione.

I'll trust her with the growing generation after we all die from a zombie outbreak.

F*** yeah, you go little girl!

@97

I don't think Sarah Conner had a problem with, and I quote my mother here, "The damn niggers."

@100

Seriously? Pedophilia?

Isn't pedophilia normally committed by family members or friends of the family? So this girl should always be fully armed with AK-47s during family reunions?

I've also lived in Europe, like I've said. Gun control is strong there, and most criminals don't have guns. The fatality rate from guns there is SERIOUSLY reduced. Your logic is flawed.

Your also escalating the argument you oppose. No one says you can't have pistols for home protection. That's reasonable. I personally like shooting pistols. Like I said, I'm one hell of a shot. Quick, too.

Serious military hardware, however, is ridiculous. What's next? The argument that we should be able to have tanks if we want them? There has to be a limit.

It's like saying that just because alcohol is legal for people of age that it must therefor be legal for all or legal for none. No. Moderation.

Damn. I know who's gonna be my child-wife at the onset of the zombie apocalypse!

America is a country surrounded by other countries in which unregistered guns may be purchased inexpensively and with relatively little hassle. We don't like it either. Guns have been a part of American culture since 1776, and before that, colonial culture. Honestly, Bob in accounting doesn't need a gun to protect himself from bears or redcoats, but one wonders how much more brazen someone dressed in all red or all blue might be knowing that Bob can't legally own a firearm.
I'm not saying we all need guns. I like them myself. I only own a .22 rifle with more problems than a comedian, but would like to own a handgun. Do I want to shoot someone with it? God no. I hope I never have to take out my gun for any reason other than cleaning or target practice. Am I glad I can have one? HELL yes.
It's funny that comparisons are always made between the US, a wide-open land already full of unregistered guns and plenty of places to buy and hide them and a country like England. How many people in the UK die from stabbings every year? Per capita less? The same? More?
In the end, this girl has learned to do something that we've forgotten children can understand. Throughout modern history, children have been involved in school-sanctioned competitive sports using accurate riflles and shotguns. Were their parents irresponsible? Or were they merely allowing their children an outlet for their competitive spirit?
No one complains when a 12 year old is trained for Gymnastics, which involve flipping completely upside down, spinning around on bars, and other fairly dangerous activities. One slippery floor or one under-dusted hand could mean, at best, a dislocation. At worst, permanent paralysis or death. From one tiny mistake. This girl is doing something that is, with all logic applied, far less dangerous.
As for you idiots calling "REDNECK!!!!", get a damn clue. An AR-15 is far from a redneck weapon. The prohibitive cost should be enough to dispell any further "redneck" namecalling. She's a mechanically-inclined girl who may go on to use this ability to later assemble complex machinery, or possibly even become a weapons designer. An understanding of the mechanics of weaponry at this age *is* a good thing.
And for you naysayers whimpering about "I COULD DO IT BETTER!!", could you have done it half as well at 11? She's a young girl breaking gender roles and all you can do is whine.

Anyway, great video.

@119

An AR-15 is NOT "serious military hardware." It's a rifle, .223 caliber, semi-auto not FULLY auto, that LOOKS like it came from the military. Your arguement doesn't make any sense at all. Tanks? Plus, you missed the point. Most people in here thought it was terrible that a girl of this age is handling "serious military hardware", but I was pointing out bigger problems than a safe, structured, interest between father and child. I like how you brag yourself up by being a "hell of a shot, and quick too." You're not quick on the uptake. Anybody who has decent eyesight, a thumb and a couple of fingers, with a little bit of practice can be "one hell of a shot".

When did I ever talk about Europe's gun fatality rates at all? Next time, read, think, check back on the posts you are trying to tear apart with your logic just to make sure you don't look like a complete idiot while throwing in how great you are at something anyone can do before you click Post Your Comment.

Oh, it's spelled "You're" not "your". Go look up moderation while "you're" at it. Alright, I'm done with this comment section.

@106
my stats arent wrong, check them out.
and yes i know canada has a shit load of guns too. the message i`m trying to say is that america has a big problem with guns, is that wrong? clearly not!!!
if i am wrong, explain why their murder rate with guns is so much higher than yours (canada).
in any case if you really think that i want L_dubba to kill himself then who the f*** are you to talk about enlightenment? it was merely exagerated sarcasm.

@107 are you really trying to invalidate my reasoning just cos i couldnt be bothered to right with caps where needed?
i`m educated, i`ve got a degree in policitcs and economics. if i was writing a dissotation on it i would have made the effort.
admitadly i dont live there but then i have studied american polictics at several levels of education, thats how i know shit about your country. i understand change to the constitution is incredibly difficult and a common point of this is your right to bear arms.
and yes of course i know each state is so varied in their laws and customs, thats another reason why change is so hard. as there are so many overlapping similaritites and differences its almost impossible to make massive changes to nationwide or federal laws. Its the same with abortion and gay rights, each state can create its own laws that would seem totally out of place in the neigbouring state. in fact the biggest changes to issues like abourtion have come via your supreme court, but even those changes can get slowly erroded by further court rulings.
dont get me wrong i dont have a problem with america as such, i`ve been to florida (yes disney world) and washinton and the people were very friendly. i just cant stand the political right there. they have so much power and money that it spills over into the rest of the world via morons like G.W. Bush.
rant over, i`ve no doubt you`ll come back with a counter arguement and thats fine. i`ll be waiting

Cheating... there was no sling on the weapon, and she didn't take off the hand gaurd.

Nor did she do a functions check (as someone stated earlier).

@124

How can you tell when someone is educated? They keep saying the word educated over and over. You have all those mispellings in your post just to be funny, right? God I hope so. Anyway....
I do agree with you that the GW is a flipping idiot. The right to bear arms was created to protect the people of America from itself and others from the outside, like if the government was to start going against the people and the constitution. If the founding fathers were here today, they would cry to see how our Union is now. Getting rid of guns and George W isn't going to solve all of our problems. Let's just agree that people in this country need to get educated, and take personal responsibility for thier actions. The people in this country that commit murders with any type of weapon, lack both of these skills.

The first thing this made me think was did the guys posting this video ahave any idea that this is what was going to follow?

I must admit, I was stunned/amazed/shocked, all at the same time. If that was your intention posting this, well done!

@127
i wasnt trying to funny, i just couldnt be arsed to correct the mistakes
anyway,
i agree with your last points 100%. the right to bear arms, was at the time, partly to help the nation against invaders as all civilians would be armed which would make it very difficult to invade. tho since then us brits have become your closest allies, so in some respect the righ to bear arms has become redundant. but its not going to change in the near future. so as you rightly said, its now about poeple taking responsibilty for their own actions whether they own/use guns or not.. shame thats not likely to happen with everyone either in the USA, here in THE GREAT BRITAIN (sorry couldnt help myself) or anywhere else in the world

what is my gift daddy?

Anal sex baby...

Is America... yeah!!!

That weapon is not fully automatic (as an AR-15), the M-16,however is. Thus stock, it is fully legal.

As a father of a Pre-teen, My accolades go out to the maker. The point that this was not a complete field stripping, is almost moot, as the lesson to the boys is more important. I hope he teaches her how to use it properly, and blow tabs off of soda cans, or heads off of pedophiles, and not the one on the shoulders.

Remember, Gun control means hitting the target. ... The first time.

this is why people f***ing hate the USA

I see NO problem with this. Early exposure removes the stigma of the gun, and so the girl will be more safe with one in the future if she ever decides to own on her own. Furthermore, look at how much fun she's having! Its obviously not military training. Its like a father daughter bonding experience. A game. Its like she's just completed a successful gymnastics routine. I don't see why some people could get offended at this. Not like she's firing into a crowd or anything.

I don't see anything wrong with that, I was able to fully disassemble and reassemble many rifles and pistols around age 11... nothing is wrong with a kid shooting or handling a gun as long as they have been taught the proper way to do it. Hunter safety people, it really does do wonders.

Ok, the only point I really would like to make is this. This girl, your kid, and another child are all at your trusted friends house. Said friend owns a gun, be it a pistol, rifle what have you. Your friend steps out of the house to go get something or what not and the 3 kids are unsupervised. The kids go snooping around and find papa's gun. Your kid being the middle of the road kid doesn't have the slightest idea what to do, just stands there. The other growing up babysat be the television immediately grabs for it and starts to point it at people.... "that's what the police/good guys do on tv". And now you've got this poor poor, brainwashed, militant girl. Clearly here her dad is an asshole. BTW. Knows to;
1)treat every weapon as if it were loaded.
2)never point your weapon at anything you don't intend to shoot
3)keep you finger straight and off the trigger til you're ready to fire
4)keep you weapon on safe til you're ready to fire;
safely takes control of the weapon witch turns out to be loaded, when she clears it and puts it back. GUNS ARE OUT THERE. YOUR KID WILL COME ACROSS ONE. Hopefully he/she wont be the one shot by their friend/family due to lack of familiarity. Kids are curious about this shit, its all over tv and in the media, teaching you kids about guns is a great service to the community in which you live, and could possibly save the live of some dick and jane 2 kid 1 dog having average family, with there heads so far up each others asses they could care less what their kids are doing as long as they have the perfect family image. A couple of other points... for some of you..

"this is what is getting guns banned"
WRONG, retards with guns do.
"whats wrong with a bat/knife/pepper spray for self defense?"
YOU'RE just stupid. the guy that breaks into you house, has adrenaline, does f***ed up shit like this, and will most likely take your bat and beat you with it then steal/rape or do as he intend in the first place.
and im out

the video skips in the middle

Wow... 136 comments... 137 including this. Glad you've all got shit all to do at work too!

Awesome. Good job. Need help with the function check; don't think it's her fault. Never mind the haters. They are harmless. When it comes to actually *doing* something, they're as impotent as their words.

awesome
very smart girl.
good job and keep it up.
good luck in future
GOD BLESS YOU

And this skill will do what for her in the real world?
Show anyone how to take it apart and put it back together and then let them borrow the gun so they can practice. It really is not that impressive.

1. Susanna - September 2, 2008 4:57 PM

why?

2. bubba - September 2, 2008 5:02 PM

I can do that in less than 15 seconds

4. akriel - September 2, 2008 5:06 PM

5. bernstein - September 2, 2008 5:08 PM

6. commentzor - September 2, 2008 5:10 PM

@5: Apparently only if you're an 11 year old girl.

11. Hattie - September 2, 2008 5:16 PM

16. Mcfeely Smackup - September 2, 2008 5:42 PM

17. Sam - September 2, 2008 5:43 PM

I have nothing against guns, I just think that there is a time for everything and clearly this girl is way to young to be handling guns specially one like that.

18. joss - September 2, 2008 5:46 PM

if your discomfort with guns if interfering with your ability to be happy for her, pretend it's a rubiks cube

Wow...she's sure trying to keep up to the Jones'....over in Iran. Unfortunately for this little girl, Mari'q Jones-ababa in Tehran scored a 0:46. Just goes to show you that Americans aren't the best at everything.

22. Rossco - September 2, 2008 6:05 PM

23. CreatingRevenueOnline.com - September 2, 2008 6:06 PM

24. TetraShiva - September 2, 2008 6:08 PM

25. DF - September 2, 2008 6:14 PM

27. Uncle Eccoli - September 2, 2008 6:30 PM

33. Obama-Bob Hussein - September 2, 2008 6:49 PM

That's not the correct weapon for shooting subhuman people from the back of a pickup truck. You will find a shotgun with #0 shot will wound them, slowing them down so a second shooter with a .22 and a scope gives you the ability to make a single kill shot.

pew pew pew

34. johnny k - September 2, 2008 7:10 PM

- pole stripping

Okay it kind of does but their furniture is too nice.

Seriously though... I can't even begin with how wrong, sad and creepy this is, and how pissed off it makes me. People suck.

Poor girl is having a hay-day about it too.

37. Matt - September 2, 2008 7:25 PM

38. Konkey Dong - September 2, 2008 7:29 PM

My parents, who were both born and raised in the soviet union can disassemble and reassemble an ak47 pretty damn fast (it was a mandatory thing taught in public schools lol) Not sure if they were taught at 11 - but probably around that time..

46. Piros - September 2, 2008 9:44 PM

47. Jonat - September 2, 2008 10:07 PM

63. tc - September 3, 2008 3:09 AM

64. Dean - September 3, 2008 3:12 AM

Saying something's wrong with a trained and supervised 11-year-old girl fieldstripping is like saying there's something wrong with a trained and supervised 11-year-old girl juggling knives.

The gun was used to test and demonstrate a skill, if you missed the point.

98. Paul - September 3, 2008 3:12 PM

This is the kind of irresponsible gun ownership that pushes us closer to losing our right to own a weapon for protection. Why is it socially acceptable for an 11-year-old to be playing with a killing machine? If she was field stripping a dildo we'd all be going to jail.

99. Douchebag - September 3, 2008 3:29 PM

100. L Dubba - September 3, 2008 3:41 PM

101. Me - September 3, 2008 5:33 PM

Lordy Lordy! My kid's a fully functioning REDNECK!

YEEEEHAW!

102. Dumbpaul - September 3, 2008 6:08 PM

@98, there's nothing irresponsible about being taught to do something properly. Just like when your mom taught you how to put a tampon in your butt.

103. friendlystoner - September 3, 2008 6:16 PM

@100
its so easy to see that your a member of the NRA, you seem to imply that civilians having guns is a good thing.
bare in mind in america there is a gun for basically every person and you have 12,000 murders a year from just guns. here in the UK we have about 200. so your murder rate from guns is 60 times ours but yet your population is only 5 times ours.
plus in america most people shot by guns know the person that shot them like family friends or collegues, not criminals shot by home defeners which is what you gun nuts would have us believe. I mean for f***s sake, the right to bare arms could mean nukes technically. do us a favour and use you AR-15 on yourself, i mean chances are you`ll onl;y use it on your family any way. f***ing retard

104. L_Dubba - September 3, 2008 6:40 PM

@103

105. friendlystoner - September 3, 2008 6:54 PM

@104

hahahhahahaha, i love the way you tried to argue back by completely ignoring my major points. even if you think i need to grow up, at least i`m not 60 times more likely to get shot. check out the stats of gun crime in america. i dont even live there and i`m more aware of the problems there than you are and i`m 3000 miles away.
and of course there are more ways to die than get get shot but in all those other ways you suggested its worse in america as well. do us a favour and educate yourself

106. Canada loves guns too! - September 3, 2008 7:27 PM

107. L_Dubba - September 3, 2008 7:32 PM

@105

108. UK_Matt - September 3, 2008 8:02 PM

109. Daisy - September 3, 2008 8:25 PM

Good day.

XO

110. RoboPhobia - September 3, 2008 8:32 PM

@73, I live there too. The thing is a continent. Like Asia, Antarctica, Australia and so on. Countries are stuff like Norway, China, etc...
Not saying you are stupid or anything, just had an incredible urge to correct that.

111. Ar15Owner - September 4, 2008 12:13 AM

@ 37

All the AR-15's I've come across are only semi-auto... Just fire and safe.

112. paul - September 4, 2008 1:17 AM

113. rvn - September 4, 2008 1:48 AM

and then u fukn ask urself ... WHY DID THOSE KIDS DECIDED TO KILL THEIR CLASSMATES AT (insert school name here) ?!?!?!?!?!? well... their parents where stupid enogh to teach them how to do this kinda shit !!

117. Mrfibb - September 4, 2008 7:47 AM

LOL. she looks like Hermione.

118. v - September 4, 2008 9:04 AM

I'll trust her with the growing generation after we all die from a zombie outbreak.

F*** yeah, you go little girl!

119. TetraShiva - September 4, 2008 10:08 AM

@97

I don't think Sarah Conner had a problem with, and I quote my mother here, "The damn niggers."

@100

Seriously?

No. Moderation.

120. tawd - September 4, 2008 10:33 AM

Damn. I know who's gonna be my child-wife at the onset of the zombie apocalypse!

121. Xero - September 4, 2008 1:13 PM

122. L_Dubba - September 4, 2008 2:26 PM

@119

123. friendlystoner - September 4, 2008 3:09 PM

@106
my stats arent wrong, check them out.
and yes i know canada has a shit load of guns too. the message i`m trying to say is that america has a big problem with guns, is that wrong? clearly not!!!
if i am wrong, explain why their murder rate with guns is so much higher than yours (canada).
in any case if you really think that i want L_dubba to kill himself then who the f*** are you to talk about enlightenment? it was merely exagerated sarcasm.

124. friendlystoner - September 4, 2008 3:32 PM

125. SGTChad - September 4, 2008 6:04 PM

Cheating... there was no sling on the weapon, and she didn't take off the hand gaurd.

126. SGTChad - September 4, 2008 6:06 PM

Nor did she do a functions check (as someone stated earlier).

127. L_dubba - September 4, 2008 6:10 PM

@124

128. Chuckles - September 5, 2008 4:03 AM

The first thing this made me think was did the guys posting this video ahave any idea that this is what was going to follow?

I must admit, I was stunned/amazed/shocked, all at the same time. If that was your intention posting this, well done!

129. friendlystoner - September 5, 2008 2:50 PM

@127
i wasnt trying to funny, i just couldnt be arsed to correct the mistakes
anyway,
i agree with your last points 100%. the right to bear arms, was at the time, partly to help the nation against invaders as all civilians would be armed which would make it very difficult to invade. tho since then us brits have become your closest allies, so in some respect the righ to bear arms has become redundant. but its not going to change in the near future. so as you rightly said, its now about poeple taking responsibilty for their own actions whether they own/use guns or not.. shame thats not likely to happen with everyone either in the USA, here in THE GREAT BRITAIN (sorry couldnt help myself) or anywhere else in the world

130. America is not sane - September 6, 2008 1:35 PM

what is my gift daddy?

Anal sex baby...

Is America... yeah!!!

131. AR-15 not fully auto - September 6, 2008 7:16 PM

132. das - September 7, 2008 11:07 PM

this is why people f***ing hate the USA

133. Ziti Lo Mein - September 8, 2008 12:13 AM

134. Jake - September 8, 2008 8:26 PM

I don't see anything wrong with that, I was able to fully disassemble and reassemble many rifles and pistols around age 11... nothing is wrong with a kid shooting or handling a gun as long as they have been taught the proper way to do it. Hunter safety people, it really does do wonders.

135. pmac - September 9, 2008 9:14 AM

Ok, the only point I really would like to make is this. This girl, your kid, and another child are all at your trusted friends house. Said friend owns a gun, be it a pistol, rifle what have you. Your friend steps out of the house to go get something or what not and the 3 kids are unsupervised. The kids go snooping around and find papa's gun. Your kid being the middle of the road kid doesn't have the slightest idea what to do, just stands there. The other growing up babysat be the television immediately grabs for it and starts to point it at people.... "that's what the police/good guys do on tv". And now you've got this poor poor, brainwashed, militant girl. Clearly here her dad is an asshole. BTW. Knows to;
1)treat every weapon as if it were loaded.
2)never point your weapon at anything you don't intend to shoot
3)keep you finger straight and off the trigger til you're ready to fire
4)keep you weapon on safe til you're ready to fire;
safely takes control of the weapon witch turns out to be loaded, when she clears it and puts it back.

YOU'RE just stupid. the guy that breaks into you house, has adrenaline, does f***ed up shit like this, and will most likely take your bat and beat you with it then steal/rape or do as he intend in the first place.
and im out

140. Frank Forum - September 27, 2008 11:54 AM

And this skill will do what for her in the real world?
Show anyone how to take it apart and put it back together and then let them borrow the gun so they can practice. It really is not that impressive.

Good for you. But I can do it blinded-folded. I did one under a minute and it was M240 B. Chump

I think it's fine that her parents took the initiative to teach her about guns. However, I am one who doesn't believe weapons like that should be in the hands of private citizens, but hey....if that's what you want, more power to ya...buy all the crazy guns you want.

hey, its hermoine from harry potter!

she should still be playing with dolls and dressing like Hanna Montanna or just now starting to outgrow that stage. With that type of gun knowledge; let's just hope she isn't a social reject at her school. :( I think this is sad.

well if kids werent such assholes and bullying other kids then we wouldnt have other kids pissed off and wanting to shoot them.

We are family! fathers ,daughters ,sister and me. We are family!. assembling guns is our specialty. We are family!. Her daddy said she did 53. We are family!. Accidently shot in the knee. We are family! why dont you go home then you will see!. We are family!

Hope you liked the song write back and tell me if you did

Interesting video, I think it's awesome that she knows how to do that....I just hope she learns to suck a dick properly by the time she turns 18, Becasue being able to assemble an AR15 isn't going to do her as much good as giving head.

Just had an AR-15 pulled on me today. The guy had his 3 daughters aged somewhere between 3-10 in the truck. I can't say I'm real happy to see this video. In fact it makes me sick. There's a difference between teaching someone how to handle a gun safely and indoctrinating a young child to associate a gun with so much joy. This is the type of thing you teach soldiers that hopefully understand the gravity of the situation otherwise you just create killers fascinated with guns. Child solders anyone?
On a side note, #146 I agree. Unfortunately the reality is that some kids are going to be bullies. The best that you can do is have a community that cares enough and is aware enough to do something about it (something the Columbine neighborhood really didn’t have). However, as a 1999 graduate of a neighboring high school to Columbine I should say that despite popular belief Eric and Dylan were not really bullied but the bullies as was the case with the Jonesboro killers (who’s parents probably taught them to like guns as much as this girl does). This isn't to say other shooters weren't severely bullied "Barry Loukaitis" being one of them.

Big F** deal!
So not impressed...
