Aug 1 2008Segway Competition: Toyota's Winglet

The Winglet Advanced Scooter is Toyota's attempt at a smaller, more agile Segway. I wouldn't be caught dead on one, but I would ride it until I got hit by a car and launched clear off. Then I'd be caught dead on the pavement. Win-win. Skip to the second half of the video to see a woman riding it without the stupid handle in the way. It looks a lot cooler like that. Also, sweet ass-shot at 0:41. I'm not the pervert, you're the pervert. You looked didn't you? Haha, gimme that neck!

I like the handle down...then my hands would be free so I can drink and smoke at the same time.

smoking girl... agreed. i can just see it now - me at a bar, drunk on this thing, picking up on some chicks and knocking peoples drinks over, then wildly spinning to the right and burning some chicks arm with my cigarette. ok im seriously craving a cigarette on a segway.

I don't care what you f***ing do to a Segway. It will always make you look like Gob. Just blast "Final Countdown" and let doves fly out of your pants while you're at it.

What is the target audience here? Those who can stand but can't walk? People who haven't decided whether to keep or return a pair of new shoes yet? For who and/or what is this for?
