Aug 7 2008OMGWTFBBQ Casemod, Awesome!

Spotted at QuakeCon 2008, some guy modded his computer to fit inside a barbecue grill. It (as if you couldn't tell) is the awesome. I especially like how the cooling fans glow to simulate fire. Nice touch. Now I dare someone to slap their meat on it.
One more picture of the setup after the jump.

Im not one for case mods, but i must say that is pretty awesome! 1+ for being unique.
Oh and frist fuckers.
2. guy - August 7, 2008 12:15 PM

3. Haha - August 7, 2008 12:29 PM
Th1rd!!!! Haha....@1 can't even spell "frist"....good going....I thought this was a geek website...never met a geek that couldn't spell. As for the case....freakin rad dude. When's the last time you heard that word?
4. Rocky - August 7, 2008 12:38 PM
#3... you're a tool. If you were any more of a tool, you would have CRAFTSMAN stamped across your forehead. Have fun laughing at your own idiotic comment, especially since you also misspelled "first." And no, I don't believe for one second that it was deliberate, so much as I believe that you were in a huge hurry to show us your rapier wit.
"...never met a geek that couldn't spell." Har har har! Good show. Tool.

Clearly y'all are noobs. Every so often, we cycle between spelling it "first" and "frist" so you guys need to cool down, get off your high-horse (read: horse that does drugs), and relax (read: steal drugs from horse and share).
As far as the case mod goes, I must say, very well done...I thought about doing something similar with a fridge, but the humidity would kill the components. In any case, great job guys.

@4, I agree that #3 is a friggin tool, but at least he's coherant. if you look, he has "frist" in quotes bc he's quoting #1 who spelled first wrong, which is what he's making fun of him for. So how about you stop being a tool and start paying attention? Tool.
now back to what i wanted to say,
I'm hungry.
7. howard - August 7, 2008 12:51 PM
The last time I heard the word rad would have to have been every freaking day of my life. Get off the 80's bandwagon tool box
8. Momboelitist - August 7, 2008 12:54 PM
@4, LOLOL!!!! Craftsman!!!! *wipes tear*
How long have you been waiting to use that "tool" joke, since you heard it this morning?
Remember, it takes a tool to blow a tool.....Not to say that you are also a tool but if the tool fits, bend over....

nerds can be men too, and this BBQ computer case mod just proves it.
now one of you tools make a toolbox case mod. you know, cause everyone started calling everyone else a tool out of nowhere.
10. THE TOOL - August 7, 2008 1:15 PM
None of you are TOOLS! Shame on you, insulting me like that!
Now stop this Tom-Toolery and get back to the awesomeness of the Casemod, makes me want a burger...
11. Haha - August 7, 2008 1:23 PM
Haha...at least i'm a craftsman. Lifetime warranty baby...just take your "tool" in and exchange it for a new one! #4 is GAY....GAY GAY GAY....haha....got a joke for that...GAY? I bet whoever "Rocky" is has a small "tool". Probably the smallest socket in the box...how's that for a "tool" joke. FAG! Hahahaha....don't get your panties in a bunch. Hahaha....this site is so much fun. Everyones hilarious. Oh yeah, almost forgot...tool box mod would actually be pretty cool...especially if you modded one of those big rolling tool chests.
12. leujin - August 7, 2008 1:25 PM
Man... a toolbox case mod would be epic.

Can we just stop arguing about people who don't know how to write well and tool joke that I don't really think is SO funny but that's just me!
Just wanna say, best computer mod I've ever seen!

#3 Congratulations on looking like a complete idiot.
#6 Thanks for recognizing that I intended on spelling first as "frist".
In the future I will clearly point out any spelling mistakes I did on purpose before i get a "FIST" to the head.
