Jul 24 2008LEGO Sushi, It's What's (Not) For Dinner

Ever had a really crappy day at work only to come home to a nagging wife and a burnt grilled cheese sandwich? Well multiply that by 1,305 and you'll have an idea what the last five years of my life have been like. Can a man not get some LEGO sushi and a carafe of peace and quiet for once in his God-forsaken life? Apparently not. And that, my friends, is why I'm jumping.
UPDATE: Damnit, I think I rolled my ankle. When it's better I'll try again. And this time I'm stacking a chair on top of the doghouse.
Hit the jump for some delectable closeups.

It's funny because from a distance, it looks like delicious sushi. But up close, it looks like delicious disapointment.

Isn't 1556 days just 4 1/4 years. Your misery has lost track of time.

#3, Manny
I work 5 day workweeks. I sleep in my car outside the strip club on weekends and don't come home.

No, Manny, you forgot to carry the 3 and factor in that you're a jackass and he was rounding.
Ugh, I have absolutely nothing better to do with my time.

Hey Writer, that still doesn't add up.
2 days a week, X52 weeks =104 days per year that you aren't home.
Multiply by 5 and you get 1305. Add on the Leap Year and you still don't have it.
Popadopolis, just because you have nothing better to do, doesn't mean you have to stop us having our fun.

Look, Derek, I did the math too and it doesn't add up. And I'm not willing to assume that Geekologie Writer is A: drunk or B: unable to count. So he rounded. *claps hands over ears* HE ROUNDED!! LA LA LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU LA LA LA HE ROUNDED!!!

Well the only way to settle this is to say that if his life sucks nearly as bad as mine, he is really saying 5 years but meaning twice that much because wives suck and mine just left me for the UPS guy...or was it Fedex? Either way that bastard was making special deliveries on her forehead in the shape of portabello mushrooms.
