Jul 15 2008FAKE!: Last Week's Stormtrooper Smash
Remember those Scout Trooper smashing devil-women from last week? Well, as some of you had guessed, a video released yesterday proves it was, in fact, fake. Turns out the dude was in on it the whole time and they were destroying the doll because it was already broken and they needed proof of destruction to get a replacement from Sideshow Collectibles.
Congratulations on the trickery folks, you're all a bunch of assholes! Do you know how many sleepless nights I've had since watching the original video? All of them. Honestly, this doesn't change my opinion of the women whatsoever, and I still suggest they be burned at the stake. Only now, the guy can join them.
Thanks to entropic soul for making me wish harm on all those involved even more now.

Puhlease
Their acting was so bad in that video. All you people were looking at was the smashing of the storm trooper...

And of course I knew it was fake. Hold your applause everyone as I just feel bad for all those fools that went ape shit over it.
Now I guess people will listen when I yell FAKE!!! Or maybe not......

HA! I get it now! But you have to destroy the original to get a replacement? I've never heard of such a thing. Although it makes sense from a collector's standpoint, I guess. Now I have to show this to my Star Wars-addict buddy, who I delighted in giving a stroke to when I showed him the original video last week. He's been plotting deaths all week, and will be sorely disappointed.

This video marks two firsts.
First: First time someone willfully destroyed an expensive and awesome Star Wars collectible.
First: First time a serious Star Wars toy collector ever had a hot girlfriend.

I have to say, thank god. It will actually help me restore faith in my own gender after sobbing during that video. I just couldn't understand why these horrible women would do something so petty just because they were shallow and material. The fact that it was a scam for money actually pleases me because at the very least, they had a respect for the item enough to understand its worth.
That being said, I feel a true collector would cherish an item even with small breaks and defects, only for what it represented.
Yes, big brother, I'm looking at you. I'm sorry I lost small pieces to your Star Wars toys when I was a kid. No, they're only the cheap ones, worth about 10$ each on Ebay, because you were a loser and couldn't find any of the good ones, and only had three stormtroopers, Hoth Han Solo, Fighter Pilot Luke, and some cantina aliens.

I'm not going to say I told you... oh, becuase I didn't. Damn you girls anyway! Pew! Pew pew!!!
16. Eddy - July 15, 2008 1:16 PM
Oh nevermind. Not a scam either. That's totally legitimate. Sweet, actually.

Man, I don't remember who and I won't find out because I don't feel like going through those 100+ comments to find it, but someone totally called this one. Down to the replacment aspect and everything. Way to go, whoever.

I still don't believe any of this real. You don't build a Star Wars collection like that by talking to girls. There're rules, dammit!

My original comment still stands. They deserve a kick in the minge for being such clichés, breaking the toy is irrelevant.

when I get my Gmod pod racer working, I'll use the thing from TRON to make it real and zap all people involved in the making of this with the power couplings.

the fact that a fanboy of that level of obsession was spending a weekend in vegas with strippers should have been the first clue. i still want to give at least 2 of those chicks a lobotomy though....

I am shocked - and those bitches ....wow lol I GOT TRICKED!
26. NekoNeko - July 16, 2008 5:17 AM
I have to admit that at first I truly believed that it was real, but after reading a few comments from some of the other posters that the company would replace a flawed figure if it was destroyed (and you had proof) I thought otherwise.
I'd always kind of wondered who was behind the camera, to be honest.
27. PowerThirst - July 16, 2008 6:30 AM
