Still got a bunch of old NES cartridges lying around? Want to play them while you're on family car trips instead of listening to your mom and stepdad bicker over whether you're stopping at Arby's or McDonalds for lunch? If so, you may be interested in the FC Mobile console (or the solar-powered portable emulator). It plays the original NES cartridges and is available on eBay for $40-$50.

Take your NES games on the road with the FC Mobile Console. Featuring a 2.4" LCD screen and stereo speakers, you can recreate your NES experience right in the palm of your hand with the FC Mobile Console. Want to show off your gaming skills to your friends while you play? The FC Mobile Console supports a TV output connector so that you can make or break your NES experience right on your TV screen.

That's what I'm talking about. I love "showing off my gaming skills to my friends while I play". Hey guys, check this out -- I'm playing Super Mario 3. Now watch, I'm gonna fall off this platform into a pit and die. HA, did you see that shit!? I totally owned that pit, didn't I? Hell f'ing yeah I did -- they're called skills folks, and I've got tons of them. Now somebody tell my mom to bring us the Sunny-D.

I knew he couldn't go a day without mentioning NES, I just knew it.

Bantha slippers!! *sulks* (4,993)

The defense doesn't actually get counted until I come in and defend you. Which I obviously do!

Now then, 4,993 defenses left.

My My SG, you're filled with piss and vinegar! Which incidentally is what I said when I picked a shirt out this morning.

Haha, Scott, haha.

On a trip down memory lane I can still remember my father telling us we were full of piss and vinegar when we got all feisty.

I do miss him terribly.....

Why in the hell would anyone want this, when you can put NES on any cell phone made today for free?

I have Tetris, Tecmo Bowl, and Galaga on my BlackJack right now.

One small problem...if you have a bunch of old NES cartridges lying around, odds are you're the one doing the driving on any familly vacations....you old bastard.

Meh, I see these pop up all the time on ebay, and as a retro gaming slut it should be right up my alley. But then I remember it's just easier to get a GP2X and get yo' emulation on.

Uh, not that I engage in such felonious activities. Much.

GeekThug's right, I have about 40 NES games on my Palm T/X, and lots more for Gameboy and Sega. All on an SD card. The T/X does tons of other stuff too, why the hell would I buy one of those stupid things?

geekthug that is stupid how u supposed to play on that tiny ass screen? what u gonna shoot with the '6' button?

please nigga learn before you speak next time

Seems like a good idea, but they made this cool toy called a game boy that does the same thing. The other problem is that you have to bring your cartriges wherever you go...the games are bigger than the player. Might as well buy a power glove and a carrying case. Just seems like too much sugar for a nickle.

I'll stick with my orginal NES and original Gameboy

Design issues... If the damn thing has to be the size of a dinner plate to accommodate the cartridge, why not give it a screen you can actually see... It's not like it's gonna make it much bigger.

you guys suck and sound so negative....

if you guys concider yourself real nes lovers.. you would love this..

my boyfriend and i just bought this.. i have my original nintendo and all the gadgets and games.. and this is another just to have..

i think its tight and will be fun to pull out my mario 3 and bust on mushrooms next to some psp player.........

boo on you!!
