Apr 18 2008Trashcan Robot Is Useless, I Want It Anways

Mr. Push is a trashcan robot that can tell jokes, roll dice, and beat himself in the head with his crablike legs. He was a contender in the Baka RoboCup 2007 competition, in which robots vie to be the least useful but most entertaining. Mr. Push did well, but didn't win. A couple of noteworthy parts in the video:

0:37 This is what I do when I can't find anything worth posting on Geekologie.
1:32 He mocks some guy while waving his penis at him.
2:20 He rolls a 6.
3:45 His little robotic M&M friend (OniRoppo) humps a Roomba.

So precious.

HAHA in your face!!!!!

Looking at that screen preview, I thought it was a Homestarrunner robot... and then I saw it was not.

Fail.

why was i ment to feel pain

I was expecting a little more from the 3:45 mark.

Blah...that's all that's needed.

I just clawed my own eyes out and replaced them with oversized novelty dice. Only problem is the dice won't *grunt* go into the *groan* sockets! It's almost like they are the wrong shape.

I retract what I just said on the grounds that I am quite mad.

wow. My life has been completely enriched by this video. Thank you Geekologie!!!

Next time they should have him roll a D20. Then he can be a useless gaming robot.

It is not a trashcan robot, is just a "town robot", a robot the go on street and do stuff...how funny will be the future world

you've found something more annoying than Jar Jar Binks.

you should be proud of that.

I welcome my robot overlords, in fear that they through large plush dice at me.

hehehe... this robot us nuts!
i really liked its tarzan reflex, although in other parts i though he was having a major seizure...lols!
