Apr 9 2008Little Girls: A Working TV For Your Dollhouse

doll-tv-2.jpg

Hell yes that's a dollhouse. A dollhouse with a television. Brett Foster, whose daughter loves dolls, made one for her, and is now selling the 1:12 scale sets online for about $200. You can connect whatever you want to it, including a receiver, DVD player, X-Box, PS3, etc. etc. Oh my God, that give me an idea! Did you get the same one? Super Smash Bros. Brawl at 1:12 scale!! Hell yeah, that would totally suck.

Two more pictures after the jump if looking at pictures of dollhouses with wee-televisions is your prerogative.

first?

and finally, something for tiny penis toters to watch their eensie weensie pornos on.

Ok, now that is kinda cool and obsessive. It reminds me of that twilight zone episode: the one where all the maniquins come alive at night and use all the stores clothing , gadgets, etc.

"they're heerrrrrreeee"

That is so awesome. I am getting one for my daughter.

Ha ha... Wow!

old...

Back in the day, which was a Wednesday, to entertain ourselves we had to walk uphill both ways in the snow with only plastic wrap covering our toes.
And now not only are kids more entertained by fluff and stuff, now their dolls can be too. *sigh* Goddamn kids these days.

You might ask why we walked uphill both ways in the snow with only plastic wrap covering our toes? Well, I can tell you why...to find bears. Nothing like running from a bear you just woke up from hibernation to add some jovial mirth to your childhood.
We also read, by candlelight, huge books that were always covered with dust. I miss those good ole days...

I have a 50" DocTron in my living room. Of course when they found out down in the doll house they obviously decided that bigger is better. Now I have to fight with Barbi for the remote every night.

I've been reading this site for a few days (coming over from the gossip side) and I've got to say there are some really creative people out there to build things like this. Pretty cool.

#7: At least you had plastic wrap...and at least they were just mountains ..we were barefoot, and plastic hadn't been invented/discovered (both are applicable) yet. But then again, I came from another country...up the mountain, in the snow, both ways, barefoot, and all to find jaguars.

It's neat for "creativity" and "because I can" type of stuff, but otherwise I see no practical use for it.

@10 - really? no practical use? i'm sure a clever guy like you could think of something. no?
