Mar 10 2008Maple-Bacon Lollipops Contain Both Maple Syrup And Bacon, Aren't Kosher

Maple Bacon Lollipops are maple sugar based pops with real pieces of "sustainable, organic, cured bacon." They come to us from the same great purveyors that brought us Absinthe Lollipops. They run $10 for 4, $24 for 12, and $52 for 36. Apparently they're the "perfect gift for the sweet-toothed pork aficionado in your life." Unfortunately, there is no sweet-toothed pork lover in my life. Just a buck-toothed porker.

Bacon and maple syrup are an acceptable combination. (I mean, who hasn't gotten a little pancake syrup on their bacon at IHOP?)
But.... here's the brain-fryer....
If everything is better with bacon....
...and everything is better with chocolate...
Is bacon and chocolate a good combination?

you might have a typo... $36 for 52? Judging by the other prices you might have that backward, I'd double check for you but I just now realized that I don't give a crap.

They have got to be kidding! This is about the sickest crap I have heard since, of course the yummy cup of anal delight that I saw on two girls, one cup, this has got to be a joke right? If one really needs to put something hard, long, thick, and sweet in their mouth, I have an idea but, I am supposed to keep it clean as far as my comment so just imagine...

What is sustainable about bacon? Are they only shaving off some of the pig at a time and letting it heal up again?
11. damn luddites - March 11, 2008 2:50 PM
@jw
yes, that's exactly what they did. and then they cured the pig.
