Feb 6 2008Jet Engine Cowling Reception Desk Is Sleek

This desk, brought to us by the same company that made last week's Ejector Seat Office Chair, is made from a real Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet Engine Cowling. The desk measures 100" in diameter and is sanded and polished to a beautiful shine. Not only that, but the secretary in the picture looks pretty hot. She certainly brings new meaning to the phrase "man I'd love to do that chick in the middle of a Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet engine cowling that has been turned into a desk" doesn't she? Yes, she does.

Looks pretty good.. but jesus.. what would it take to keep that chrome clean and fairly fingerprint free? One might end up paying more in cleaning fees than they did for the desk.

it'd be easy s hell to keep it clean. offices that can afford this item will have a cleaning crew, and they'll spend three minutes wiping this item down with a little windex, waxing it once a year maybe. nothing huge... business owner can pay his mother to come in once in a while to clean it if he's on a budget.
but this thing is awesome! i love it! shit, i'm gonna incorporate this thing into my design for a new studio console. holy crap.

Let me first the one to say; an airplane turbine belongs to the airplane, not to the office.
