Jan 9 2008Pac-Man Shoes Are Hand Painted, Brazilian

pacman-shoes-1.jpg

Need the perfect footwear to go with your Pac-Man Hoodie? How about these spiffy little numbers? While details are iffy at best, allegedly a boutique in São Paulo may or may not be selling them. The name of the store is thekalaka and it looks like a punk store of sorts. Anybody down there that can provide some more information? At any rate, you could get a pair of white canvas shoes and paint them yourself if you have skills with the brush, and if you do please make me a Zelda pair. I've been dying for a pair of Zelda shoes for, well, nearly two sentences now.

Another picture of the shoes after the jump.

Who doesn't love a Brazilian?

Retarded.

It would be a lot easier to paint them yourself.
And you wouldn't even be restricted to PacMan.
I made one with a portrait of myself on them. Y'know. Just in case someone becomes so enthralled with my shoes that they forget who's wearing them.

I live down here. They're selling those for nearly $20, but it sucks because poor material was used on it's crafting. You can do better at your own home. Using crayons. Inside a completely dark room. With both arms tied.

Hi!
It looks great! Unfortunately, the store is in Buenos Aires, Argentina, not in São Paulo, Brazil. If it were here, I’d buy one! :(

Hey Guys!
Buenos Aires is capital of Argentina.
NOT BRAZIL! nhá ¬¬'

To your understand, sad that argentina is Brazil is like sad that Washington is in Iran (for George Bush, obviously ;D)

But, anyway, that's a great job!

You can buy custom-painted nerd shoes all over the internet, especially on Etsy. Plenty of different Zelda themes as well. Just make sure to look for whether or not they use any kind of sealer after painting it, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Can I buy a pair of them, do you sell these?
