Dec 3 2007U.S. Patent 6,681,419: Urinal Headrest
U.S. Patent 6,681,419 describes a headrest to be installed above urinals so when you're pass-out drunk you can still piss without falling over. It's ridiculous. And judging from the picture it's just the thing for people with only one arm and no legs beneath their knees. Now if you can't even stand up straight long enough to take a piss I question why you're still at the bar. I guarantee you're only hitting on ugly women (and possibly dudes). It's best to just leave. That said, I want these installed at my local watering hole. Except above the deep-fryer, because that's where I tend to go when I'm plastered.

what if your really tall or really short? If drunk would you try to pee on the headrest?

Blown call, this looks awesome. i always rest my head on the wall when using a urinal. it's just more comfortable. Except when i am wasted and bash my skull in because i have no balance. every urinal needs this.

I think its more for protection then resting your head. I have caught myself banging my head against the wall a few times while pissing at BW3's!

They had these in Newcastle in Bar 38 when I went on a stag do a few years back. Mind you most had been ripped off the wall. But a superb idea!

A pub on my campus has had something like these for years, they're incredible! The girl's room has them too, but they're installed on the side of the stall, so that you don't have to put too much energy into trying to sit upright, I guess.

for one, this is what happens when you let someone with a name like gene mancene become a patent officer.
Also, what in lord lucan's name is up with the numbering system on those diagrams 10,12,13,16,20...huh? is that some urinal counting system thing i don't know about?

I have also seen these in real life.. A shame that the real inventor didn't apply for the patent, thus allowing this guy to steal it.
