Nov 7 2007Best Campaign Commercial EVER EVER

Above is the best campaign commercial ever made -- and yes, it's real. It was made last year in Rockingham County, North Carolina for a seat on the Board of Education. The dude didn't win, but he did get 4,648 votes from people who obviously know what the hell is up with politics. May the force be with this man. I think he may be retarded.

Youtube [thanks to Raúl, a man who can win any election, for the tip]

Wow. ^^;

LMFAO! Let that guy loose on your children's education? I think not. 4,648 votes, who are these people!?

I think he may be a pedophile.

*jumping up and down clapping my hands*

Oh... I'm scared now. I went to school with that guy.. No, really.

I liked it, but that's just me.

How come he didn't win? And how doesn't he have a girlfriend yet?

I know George W. Bush is SITH

Hey, it's me. I'm just another Star Wars kid rip-off... and I paid for this ad.

MUHAHAHA. LMFAO!

He spent too much on paying for the airtime and not enough on the visual effects and post-production costs.

Oh my dear sweet God...

Who the hell was that dude's campaign manager? Corky?

*Enrolls at Rockingham County*

@10. You just don't get the big picture. This guy just set all kinds of production records: Most Under-Budget, Original Script, Filmed In Less Than A Day, Politically Sensitive. He should go to Cannes with this shit and get a Nobel Peace Prize. He should have won the election. Those kids that invented the Wedgie Proof underwear probably go to his school because it is a school that obviously supports the Arts.

That was frikkin' awesome! I especially enjoyed the wobbly Death Star.

He should run for president.

Love it, if I had the money I would fill advertising space with things like this.

"I think he may be a pedophile."

No I'm not a pedophile. The actual pedophile got a few more votes than I did. He was convicted last week and is now serving at least 2 years in prison.

I wish that I were making that up but it's true.

Anyhoo, out of 16 candidates I came in 8th place. Which isn't bad all all, considering (a) how this whole thing got started and (b) this TV commercial :-)

#13, Yeah I can see how that's another way to look at it.

That's freaking hilarious. Hey, at least someone in the school board has a good sense of humor.

this guy is an obvious fucktard

We need people like this more. He thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to laugh at himself. On No Child Left Behind he's perfectly right. I would vote for him.
