Oct 17 2007Hyundai Drops Cell Phone Camera Watch

Hyundai, a company best known for their line of affordable personal transportation machines, is releasing the W-100, a cell phone watch with 1.3 megapixel camera. It comes complete with touch-screen and stylus, Bluetooth connectivity, MicroSD card, and will play MP3s. An English version will be made, but no word on pricing yet. Now I'm all about a cell phone watch, but I don't know about a Hyundai cell phone watch. Because I used to have a Hyundai, and the damn thing kept driving itself into parked cars. Not only that, but the bastard was too cheap to ever leave a note.
Three more pictures after the cut.

Nothing like holding your wrist up to your ear to talk on your phone....

Cameras on your wrist are the best way of taking photos of unsuspecting women's panties. It's also a great way to start a database on all those tossers who ask you for the time.

...as opposed to holding your hand to your ear, #2?
Besides, it's about time we caught up to Knight Rider and got these on the market for ourselves.
Now we just need talking cars with turbo boost, and our world will become the Utopia I always dreamed of.

#2, there are these newfangled things called headsets... some of them are small enough to just attach to one ear. And they work wirelessly! Imagine that.

The more I look at this watch the awesome it becomes. I seriously think it's the best looking gadget since the iphone, no the LG Prada phone because that was first.
I don't know anything about Hyundai, how bad or good are they?

Ya, Hyundai very good. Cars love you long time. $10. Sometimes break, catch fire, but very good. Bad crash test, but very good. Come in blue or red or black. You like.
iPhone stupid. Buy Korean best product.

Well, a wrist watch is better than a shoephone, right?

Now the only thing this cellphone watch needs is watch protector to protect it! The watch protector is called the "WATCH-ET" cool idea!

Wonder what company will get this to their services. Hoping T-mobile, but have a feeling its gonna be another AT&T/Cingular stuff.....hidden bills, but at least you got a cell/phone watch.....cost extra to make it water-proof ehh?

where to buy this one seriously ? I cannot find any website for it. Only M700 is for sale, but the Hyundai model W-100 has FM radio inside, and I want this one, not M700.
Who is selling the hyundai now ? Any weblink please ?

this is not made by Hyundai, they just have their logo printed on it... How else would you explain it being in Chinese and English and no Korean? DigitalRise has the Same M600i watch... here are specs: http://www.chinagrabber.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1402
:) BR
28. Thomas - December 31, 2007 5:01 AM
ChinaGrabber had this Digitalrise M600i watch ages ago... Hyundai does NOT make this watch. How could you explain a Korean company having a product with only Chinese and English? Anyways, here are the full specs... http://www.chinagrabber.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1402
also, this watch is only dual band... only the DigitalRise D187i is tri-band and will work in the USA.. Here is the Link: http://www.chinagrabber.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1404

30. Ima - March 15, 2008 12:40 AM
There is a new mobile phone watch that will be released soon and it will be tri-band AND have a camera. I think it's a follow-up on the M800, but the M800 one doesn't have a camera. I saw it on http://www.mp3plusmore.com/product/900. Looks very cool!
